Why Early Access?

“We think Early Access is the best option for this game because we don't want to limit the items' experience to a fixed delivery date, but to a constant evolution based on the feedback from the community. We have created a solid foundation on which we will produce more notes and items that we expect to increase regularly according to the players' preferences.

Besides, we are planning to create a narrative-driven campaign using the already polished mechanics from the arcade mode, for what we first need feedback from the users. This mode would include new challenges and mysteries spread over the different chapters from the story.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“First of all, we would like to include the most interesting suggestions from the players. Once the mechanics we want to have in the game get implemented, we will start creating the story mode. For us, the game would be complete (1.0) once all chapters from the story mode are available. We expect this to take around 24 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The main difference between the Early Access and the complete version (1.0) of the game would be that the complete version would include a narrative-driven campaign mode, new challenges, achievements and mysteries to resolve. Besides, we plan to add more items and notes by updating the items database on a regular basis until we get what we consider the complete version.

Regarding the arcade mode changes, we are planning to include gadgets and upgrades available to purchase using the ‘duros’ (the currency of the game) earned, so that there is a progression for the players who like that mode.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version has a functional arcade mode with challenges and achievements to unlock, which is the playable foundation from the different expansions (story mode and arcade upgrades). At present, the game has more than half a hundred items to discover in the arcade mode.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We will keep the game at its current Early Access price for a while. When we believe that the game is mature enough to become the 1.0 version, we will announce its final price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to listen the community through the Steam forums and through our Twitter page. We are looking forward to reading your ideas!”
