Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« The game will start out in Early Access to give us time to polish and balance gameplay as well as make sure that the game works optimally on a wide range of hardware. We believe it's crucial for real players to be playing this game and giving continuous feedback in order to achieve these goals. It is especially important for VR games to listen to community feedback during development in order to make the game fun, comfortable and accessible to as wide of an audience as possible. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« The game will stay in Early Access as long as it takes to polish and balance heroes and gameplay to an acceptable competitive level. Since this process will be very data driven, it may take up to a year or more of active gameplay to gather enough data and then act on that data until proper balance is achieved. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« In the full version we plan to have more content in terms of number of heroes, maps and game modes, as well as more polished and better balanced gameplay. »

« The Early Access version is fully playable, with all major gameplay systems fully functional.

This includes:
  • multiplayer lobbies with team management and built in voice chat
  • Free For All and Team Death Match game modes
  • single player content such as an obstacle course and fighting hordes of zombies
  • numerous settings to tailor gameplay and controls to user preferences

Project Theta is a made for VR cross-platform PvP hero shooter. It features fast paced parkour action powered by an advanced movement system that provides the player unparalleled freedom of movement that is intuitive to learn but hard to master.

  • Sprinting: Swing your arms to run faster.
  • Jumping: Crouch then stand up while pressing the jump button to jump higher.
  • Sliding: Crouch down while running to start sliding. The slope of the ground influences slide length and speed.
  • Dashing: Each hero has a unique dash ability, giving bursts of speed but with limited uses.
  • Climbing: Realistic climbing requires the player to grab ledges to pull themselves up.
  • Vaulting: Climbing can be used to vault over obstacles by combining it with crouching.
  • Wall running: Run and jump into any flat vertical surface to wall run. Chain wall runs together with jumps and dashes.
  • Leaning: Lean your upper body around corners and cover without making your avatar side step completely out of cover.

Seamlessly combine all the movement mechanics at your disposal for a fast paced parkour experience while helping your team hunt down and defeat the enemy.

Try some of the single player content available before jumping into PvP. Practice your parkour skills by trying to complete the obstacle course, and your combat skills in the killhouse course or by mowing down hordes of zombies.
