Miksi Early Access?

This game is a passion project of mine that I have been working on since late 2018. Early access just makes sense since it will constantly be evolving and changing over the next couple of years.

The full version of Mix Universe will include an exploratory aspect to the game that allows you to unlock content as you play instead of being a pure sandbox game. I started with create mode as a way to get all of the core features stood up and keep the mindset of everything being editable.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

There are in-game tutorials, a headquarters, and create mode with full workshop support.
Create mode is very stable and has a decent range of sounds, visuals, and the ability to move around the mix freely. I'd consider it to be somewhere between alpha and beta. Not quite beta because explore mode isn't in yet.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

After early access, it is likely that the price will remain the same or go up slightly. This is all up in the air. I never plan on doing any microtransactions or anything like that. My hope is to maintain a no-man-sky style update cadence where every update is free so long as there are always newer players to enjoy the game.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

The community is able to submit bugs and feedback requests through discord and/or a feedback form on the website. Since the community can also upload mixes to the workshop, they only motivate me more seeing all the cool things people make. Note: If you post in steam discussions, I try to look at those too, but will be easier to reach on discord.
