About This Game

"The kid beside the controller."

[Please Don't Call it a Trash Game, Streamer] is a reverse-progression hardcore platformer. It features a concept where a Korean developer pays an "on-site repair" visit to the only Japanese streamer who played TENTACLE SOFT's fictional 2022 failed release, "Happy Nanaru," so they can finally experience the true fun of the game.

The kid always sat in that spot. Sitting side-by-side on the floor of a friend's room, they would alternate their gaze between the flashing screen of the CRT TV and their friend gripping the gamepad. The adventure on the screen, and the 'Hero' navigating through it—both were equally joyful and dazzling sights to the kid.

However, whether the demon king's castle fell, the princess was rescued, or the devil was defeated, every grand adventure eventually came to an end. When the ending credits rolled and the screen faded to black, the air in the room suddenly felt cold, as if completely empty. The kid simply wished that the Hero's shining adventure wouldn't stop there.

And so, the kid beside the controller began to help, just to make the adventure last a little longer. They would recommend a cool, versatile red companion for the party even if their growth was slow, or point toward a forest meant for a second playthrough, eyes sparkling as they claimed an even greater story was hidden there. Because the longer the Hero's adventure went on, the longer they could stay by their side and watch that dazzling spectacle. It was an incredibly pure and desperate sincerity, a wish for the adventure to last forever.

Yet, despite such heartfelt help, the story still met its end. They finally realized that for the Hero's grand adventure to never close its curtains and continue forever... a true devil was needed—one who would never fall, to bestow eternal trials.

Happy Nanaru is a cute-filled grand adventure where the bakery girl 'Nanaru' sets off to reclaim the bread stolen by the troublemaker demon 'Yako'! An intuitive button-jump action that anyone can easily enjoy, along with a fairy-tale world, awaits you!

The level design and gimmicks are all the crystallization of a pure wish to keep the Hero's adventure going. Do not give up. Someone is watching this grand adventure with great interest from beyond the screen.

Now, shall we begin the adventure once more? My Hero.
