«Early Access will be a minimum of 12 months. However, this may be extended as required based on player feedback. See Hofstadter's Law:

«There are three main focus areas that Early Access will target: Content, Features and Polish.

• Content - The aim here is to increase the breadth and depth of content on offer. That means more enemies, more weapons, a larger map to explore, rifts to avoid and so on.
  
• Systems - There are numerous planned gameplay mechanics of varying scope that aim to enrich the strategy aspects of the game. Examples include a door barricading system, new zombie behaviours and a more in-depth melee system with bladed and blunt weapons.
  
• Polish - Fixing bugs will always be a priority. There are many improvements to be made with regards to performance, stability, quality of life and accessibility options.

It is important to note that the future plans of the game will likely shift as time goes on. Your feedback is hugely important when it comes to this kind of stuff!»

Ποια είναι η τρέχουσα κατάσταση της έκδοσης Πρόωρης Πρόσβασης;

«

• The game is stable and the core gameplay loop is implemented.
  
• A basic variety of enemies, weapons, rifts, crafting modules and survivor abilities are available.
  
• The gameplay area is currently small, with four out of a planned 6+ districts of the map implemented (map size is one of the major content addition focuses in Early Access)
  
• Survivors have a set of abilities, which are initially provided as presets, though you're encouraged to try different ability combinations as you unlock ability tokens.
  
• The current gameplay mode is an open ended freeplay survival mode.
  
• There are basic tutorial prompts and a very brief tutorial to help explain some mechanics, but beware this is currently an incomplete coverage of all game mechanics and concepts.
  
• There are a small number of quests/goals to help guide you in the right direction, but these are not mandatory nor precisely the focus of the game.
  
• There are a small number of game events that happen at regular or semi-regular intervals.
  
• While there is no mod support, configuration files are text-editable, so there is customisation opportunity for those who want to roll up their sleeves.
