About This Game

Critter Cove needs help, but it won’t be easy! In this relaxing, post-apocalyptic life sim, you and a handful of critters (all of whom were tricked into moving to the island by Renard, a conniving rat) will take on the task of turning the ruins of Critter Cove into a thriving community.

No worries though – resources are everywhere! Explore the world around you. Sail to nearby islands. Meet new friends and invite them to live in your town. Dive the depths of long-abandoned cities. Develop your workshop and put your loot to use in crafting. Discover new plants to grow on your farm. Cook. Fish. Chill with the critters who visit your island. Set sail and find out what Critter Cove has waiting for you!




Venture out into the mysterious tropical archipelago peppered with the ruins of a long-destroyed civilization. Dive beneath the waves to salvage the treasures of the old world. Discover new islands filled with secrets and loot. Rescue shipwrecked critters. Uncover relics and exotic ingredients. It’s a wondrous world of mysterious ruins, shipwrecks and ancient technology – your adventure awaits.




In your travels, find the resources you’ll need to craft hundreds of different items; discover new blueprints or unique plants to grow on your farm; or turn the mundane salvaged items you find into something new and unique.




The world is filled with many colorful characters – some are easy-going, others… not so much (like a certain snarky bearded dragon). Meet them on your travels and convince them to join you in your town. Assist them in finding a home. Help them find the perfect job running the local shops.Their happiness is the key to your town’s overall success.




Repair the buildings of Critter Cove to give your townsfolk places to live and work. Create decorations and craft interactive objects that will make the town uniquely yours, but will also keep its critter citizens entertained.




As you upgrade your town, its reputation will grow. Critters from all over will begin making Critter Cove a travel destination. The more your town’s reputation grows, the greater its tourist attraction. The greater the tourist attraction, the more money in your pockets to upgrade the town. Get it? Yep, you totally get it.




Create your perfect island persona with our robust character customization system. Human or animal? Mammal or reptile? Organic or robot? It’s entirely up to you!




Embark on quests to find hidden treasures or ancient relics scattered throughout the world. Donate these artifacts to the Museum of Mystery to learn about what happened in the long, long ago.
