“The game is playable but has limited content as I am developing it solo as my final project at uni. My hope is that by going early access I can generate interest in the game whilst adding new content and receive real player feedback to help guide development decisions.”

“A full version of Surgeball will feature enhanced visuals, a far wider selection of maps, new characters and weapons with improved animations, character progression, better menu systems, additional in-game power ups and abilities and more varied game modes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is in a playable and stable state, with a complete game loop, four varied characters that all play differently and one map.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I do not plan to change the price during development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“By taking real player feedback into consideration when making development decisions. This will enable me to improve design aspects of the game with the player experience being the primary concern.”
