"Do You Care?" is an unusual surreal romance horror game, following the nameless boy and girl in their journey to both dive deep into themselves, and take the plunge into the great unknown.

To you, the player, I offer this:

This game can be atmospherically oppressive, with some violent and gory scenes (including verbal, not shown, depictions of self-harm and suicide), no nudity but some themes of sexuality and pent-up frustration sexually, with some frightening and disturbing scenes.
