What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early Access allows the game to be shaped through real player experience rather than isolated development. The project centers around systems-driven gameplay where balance, pacing, usability, and long-term engagement benefit significantly from community testing and feedback.

Releasing in Early Access provides the opportunity to refine mechanics, identify friction points, and prioritize improvements based on how players actually interact with the game. This approach helps guide iteration, stability work, and feature expansion while maintaining transparency throughout development.

Early Access is being used as a collaborative phase focused on polishing and expanding the core experience, ensuring the full version reflects both technical refinement and player-driven insights.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently anticipate the game remaining in Early Access for approximately 1–2 years. This timeframe allows for continued iteration, content expansion, balancing, and technical refinement based on player feedback.

The exact duration may vary depending on development progress, community input, and the evolving scope of planned improvements. The goal of Early Access is to ensure the core systems are thoroughly tested and expanded into a more complete experience rather than adhering to a rigid schedule.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the core survival, progression, and world systems.

Players can explore the harsh wilderness of the Sliverpine Tundra and surrounding regions, gather natural resources, craft tools, and slowly rebuild a place to survive in an unfamiliar world. The game features a layered survival system including hunger, thirst, stamina, sleep, sanity, temperature, hygiene, and environmental exposure. Time progression, Biome conditions, and the day and night cycle all influence moment-to-moment gameplay and long-term planning.

Core gameplay loops are already implemented, including exploration, gathering, crafting, farming, inventory management, and character progression through levels, stats, and perks. Players can repair and improve structures, discover new crafting methods, and adapt to the dangers of the wilderness.

Creatures and wildlife are present in the world, each with their own behaviors and risks. Survival requires preparation, awareness, and careful use of resources. Some encounters may place the player in vulnerable situations, reinforcing the harsh and often unforgiving nature of the setting.

The narrative is introduced through environmental storytelling, codex entries, and early questlines. Players begin uncovering the history of the land, its old traditions, and the forces that shaped it. Much of the story and many world details are still being expanded during Early Access.

The current version represents the foundation of the game’s systems and atmosphere. Additional content, biomes, mechanics, story elements, and polish will continue to be added throughout development. Players may encounter bugs, placeholder elements, or unfinished features as the world continues to grow.

This game is intended for mature audiences and explores darker themes as part of its setting and worldbuilding.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is fully playable and includes the core survival, progression, and world systems.

Players can explore the valley, gather resources, farm crops, craft items, complete quests, and interact with NPCs. The game includes a full survival system with needs such as hunger, thirst, stamina, sleep, sanity, temperature, hygiene, and more. Time progression, seasons, and day and night cycles are active and affect gameplay.

Core gameplay loops are in place, including exploration, crafting, farming, inventory management, and progression through levels, stats, and perks. Players can repair structures, use vehicles, manage generators, and interact with world systems such as shops and storage.

Enemy systems are implemented, including infected humans, wildlife, and horde events. Basic AI behaviors, combat interactions, and loot systems are functional.

The story is partially implemented through environmental storytelling, logs, emails, and early questlines. Players can begin uncovering what happened at the Voidstar facility and the spread of Phantomium, but the full narrative is not yet complete.

Some systems, content, and polish are still in development. Players may encounter bugs, incomplete features, and placeholder elements as development continues.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price will increase as development progresses and more content and systems are added.

Early Access is offered at a lower price to reflect the current state of the game and to thank players who support development early. As major updates are released and the game approaches full release, the price will be adjusted accordingly.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is a core part of development. The plan is to involve players through multiple channels:

• Steam Discussions & Community Hub – Primary space for feedback, bug reports, balance concerns, and feature suggestions. Developer presence will be active and consistent.

• Regular Updates – Frequent patches and content updates based on player testing and observed friction points. Patch notes will clearly explain changes and reasoning.

• Roadmap – A transparent development roadmap will be maintained so players can see priorities, planned features, and progress.

• Feedback-Driven Iteration – Systems, balance, UI/UX, and quality-of-life improvements will be directly influenced by community feedback and gameplay data.

• Optional Testing & Experiments – When appropriate, experimental features or mechanics may be released for community evaluation before finalization.

Early Access is being treated as collaborative development rather than just pre-release access. Player observations and criticism will actively shape the direction and refinement of the game.”

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

This game contains mature themes as part of its worldbuilding and narrative tone. Players may encounter situations involving bodily vulnerability, nudity, and sexual themes presented in a contextual, story-driven manner. Some optional narrative elements planned during Early Access may include depictions of intimacy or mature character interactions.

Mature content is not the primary focus of gameplay, but exists as part of the darker mythic setting and survival themes. The game also contains depictions of violence, peril, and unsettling situations involving creatures and environmental dangers.

Players who prefer to avoid mature subject matter should be aware that the world explores complex and sometimes uncomfortable themes as part of its narrative atmosphere.

About This Game

You awaken in an unfamiliar place, weak and vulnerable, taken in by a goblin tribe that chose not to leave you to die. They gave care when it was needed, but their help was not freely given. You now owe a debt.

Work, craft, and complete requests to slowly earn stability and improve your situation. What begins as simple tasks grows into a deeper progression system where trust, usefulness, and persistence shape how the world responds to you.

This is a dark fantasy RPG focused on gradual progression rather than instant power. Early gameplay centers on fulfilling requests, crafting basic goods, and learning how to navigate life within the tribe. Over time, new opportunities open as you build trust and demonstrate value.

Adult themes are part of the world and support the tone of vulnerability, survival, and personal agency. These elements are integrated into the broader experience rather than existing separately from it.
