BUILD TRAP COMBOS

Place and stack traps, create kill zones, funnel enemies into devastating trap combinations and watch your defenses shred the horde. Experiment and find your own favorite ways to send Frosties flying!

PROTECT THE FURNACES

Every furnace is its own battlefield with escalating waves and plenty of opportunities to rethink your strategy. Fight alongside your defenses with hockey fueled combat. Use slapshots, slashing and body checks to take down any Frosties that slip past your traps.

EXPLORE A HANDCRAFTED OPEN WORLD

When the furnace battle is over, head into the frozen wilderness and explore at your own pace. Discover new areas, stay warm, complete side quests, find mods, collect gear and hunt for hidden crows. (Caw caw!)

PLAY SOLO OR WITH A FRIEND

Take on the frozen apocalypse alone or bring a buddy along for local splitscreen co-op. explore the open world together or go your separate ways to tackle quests and adventures, and then regroup when it's time to defend the furnaces. Choose between Max (the scavenger) and Finley (the tank) with different perks and play styles.

Wild Ice does not have native online co-op, but Steam Remote Play Together lets you play the local split-screen co-op remotely with a friend as if you were on the same couch.

THE GREAT FROST

Every day it gets colder. Those who freeze return as frost zombies drawn to the last pockets of warmth. In the small town of Coldwater, a scattered network of experimental furnaces built to warm people through the worst winters is now the last hope of surviving. But turning them on calls to the frost and what lurks within.
