A mad scientist conducts an experiment on a subject in an abandoned hospital called "hypnagogia," where the subject's true fear is revealed. The player will stumble upon the lab where all the secrets are, where he will eventually go. And what already awaits there - will scare everyone, a huge scale laboratory, where you can kill a lot of time to study all sorts of materials on all sorts of cases related to the previous subjects. As with the reason for closing the hospital.

In gameplay there are two types of items, basic and story, basic will always be with you, that is, the same light source. Plot ones are those that are needed for further progression, whether it's finding the keys to open the door to need to turn on the generator, and for this you need fuses that are scattered throughout the hospital.
