Proč předběžný přístup?

„One of our strategies is to gain feedback from the community on what they would like to change or how they would like to make the game experience. In order to do that, the community must have access to the game while it is developing.“

„Early access will be available in Spring 2025. We plan to have a full release of the game no more than a year after Early access is available.“

„We hope to have a functioning multiplayer and single-player platform that allows players to enjoy online matchmaking at their leisure or a simple story mode to play solo for a while. Both of which are meant to give the player a similar experience.“

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„The ability to play the demo and experience a few of the game mechanics is complete. Approximately there is an hour of gameplay inside of the campaign. We hope to add more to the campaign to keep players interested.“

„Yes. With the Early Access status, we would like to promote players to play the game and provide feedback that will eventually help the overall development of White Wall™. After the game has been fully released, the game will be sold at full price. Not including any DLC, add-ons, or bundle pricing in the future.“

What are we working on?

I figured it was a critical step and much needed for us to migrate White Wall to the latest version of Unreal Engine 5. With this version, we can utilize technology such as:
- Lumen
- Nanite
- Chaos physics
and many more!

Release Notes

Thank you for your interest in White Wall™. I'm excited to announce the release of this build as I've worked on it for some time now. An upgrade to a new engine isn't always as seamless as one would hope and this wasn't a walk in the park. Along with the outstanding new features of UE5 came some growing pains, but rest assured, I have tested the build time and time again to catch any issues I could find.

The update opened up a new way of structuring some of the resource-draining assets and classes, this helped me pave the way for a more efficient design in the game.

All assets are using Nanite, the vehicle system is using Chaos and the entire Map is using Lumen. My hope is that White Wall feels and looks better than it did in the previous version, without losing anything that makes it unique. The story

Aaron, the main character in this immersive story-driven future of ours, is set on a mission to recover the lost fragments of what we all know as modern-day human society. Accompanied by his AI counterpart, MAX they journey throughout the remnants of the American west coast in search of any sign of human life. As the alien artifact known as 'The Wall' separates the east and the western territories, it stands as a symbol of defeat for the human race, along with all other organic life on Earth.

In this post-apocalyptic story, discover the mysteries of 'The Wall' and its enemies, find the secrets of the long-forgotten American culture, endure the wasteland in the total open-world gameplay, and bring Aaron the answers he seeks that may unlock a prosperous future for the Human Race.
