ABOUT

Cursed Legacy is a 2D-pixel action rogue-lite game where you become a fallen hero and get revenge on humanity who betrayed you, and slay as many enemies as possible in one slash by Slash Dashing to gain more rewards.

STORY

You will play as The Death Knight, a former hero who get betrayed by The King. 

The world is at peace, as you and 5 other heroes already defeated the Demon King. 

But The King is afraid that the Heroes might threaten his throne, so he schemed against you and try to kill all the heroes.

He gave each heroes an impossible quest and hoping they will be killed on the quest.

To ensure no rebellion or revenge happening from your family, The King raided your mansion while you were away, label them as traitor, and execute them.

You are back from the quest with full of wound across your body and hoping to see your spouse's wide smile, but all you see is a burning mansion and the corpse of your pregnant wife.

You are dying and your family is no more. Desperate, you wield the Demon King’s cursed weapon, a weapon you secretly take and seal to prevent its misuse, as your last resort. 

Maddened by vengeance, you vow to bring ruin to The King who had destroyed everything you loved.

SLASH DASH IS THE CORE

Slash Dash is your signature move you've perfected for decades! You have mastered it to the point you can unleash powerful skills just by slashing. Enemy also cannot touch you while you are slashing. And the more enemies you killed in one slash, the more reward you will get.

CAPTURE TO UPGRADE AND GAIN POWER UP

Capture innocent people to earn Souls to make yourself stronger. Give your earned Souls to The Dark Lich in the Demon Lord Castle to increase your stats and make you more powerful. A Power Up or Consumable will also drop if you fulfill the Capture Quota on the Portal.

TONS OF SKILLS AND BUILD COMBINATIONS

Unlock over forty skills and gears and discover powerful combinations! Blasting enemies in a huge area, poisoning them for a slow and painful death, make yourself unkillable with Shield and Lifesteal, the choice is yours! Some skills and gears have expected synergies, and some other unexpectedly works great together. Experiment to your heart content and discover your perfect build!
