«SAND is a game that has relied heavily on its community since its announcement in 2023. Prior to launching on Early Access, we invited our community to join us on the dunes of Sophie with a number of closed and open playtests which were invaluable in preparing SAND for its Early Access launch. By entering the game into the Early Access program, we have the opportunity to bring players back into the world and help us continue to build it up from the sturdy foundations they have already contributed towards putting in place. That's why we're opening the doors to our project and welcoming your involvement in shaping up the path to 1.0 by being part of a dedicated community.»

«We don’t have an exact amount of time that we plan to be in Early Access at this stage, but we estimate that based on our roadmap and developmental goals, SAND will spend around a year in Early Access.»

«SAND is expected to evolve and grow significantly over the course of Early Access, with new weapons, Trampler compartments, islands/POIs, PvE mechanics, crafting mechanics, cosmetic options, world hazards, visual improvements, optimization and more already either under discussion or in active development.

Alongside that, we plan to release numerous updates developed solely around community feedback and suggestions in between major content updates to ensure a consistent, regular update schedule and a focus on community oriented development.»

«The game features a deep and comprehensive trampler editor system which allows players to construct a trampler from scratch using a variety of compartments such as engines, reactors, storage, spawn points, and weapons within the deep and comprehensive trampler editor system and then use it to explore the world with friends. Designs can be saved as blueprints in case their creations are destroyed in game.

Players can explore an expansive world, complete contracts and engage in PvP & PvE Battles that unfold both on foot and aboard tramplers, as players fight for survival and valuable loot before extracting with their rewards.

The game features a fully open world (no one has reached the edge yet), procedural layouts, multiple expansive cities to explore, a comprehensive Trampler building & blueprint system, mobs, a variety of weapons, loot and resources and a full day/night system.

Needless to say, the game will continue to grow and improve over Early Access and we are committed to adding the content detailed in the roadmap and more as we work towards a 1.0 release.»

«The game's price might increase after the full release and when all the planned content and additional features are added. Any price changes will not affect those who bought SAND during Early Access.»

«Community feedback will be a core pillar of our development, and we plan to release numerous updates between planned content updates focused primarily around player feedback and suggestions. We are collecting player feedback through our Discord, Steam Forums, Surveys, and social media and encourage our players to share feedback wherever possible.

Our team is committed to addressing your feedback and will be regularly implementing frequently requested features and fixes into our schedule and plans.»
