Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« BUGWORLD:ONLINE is launching in Early Access because we want our community to help craft the game as we make it, and we want people to be able to play and respond as we do so.

This game is all about the community - the Lobby will be a focus in our game. While the Skattle Royale will always be looping, we want to create community activities at the Mariot that will allow people to interact and even play cooperatively. We want to be in conversation with the community about what new features they would like to see. »

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« BUGWORLD:ONLINE plans to be in Early Access until at least 2022. The game is in very early stages right now, which is why the price is so low. We want to build the community features with the community and that will largely be the focus of the initial phase of the game. We want this game to foster a community and we plan to do that through shared viewing spaces, community rooms, and, ultimately, cooperative PVE gameplay.

We are a very small team and this will be a long and difficult process. It will be a very long time until we have a game that's fully ready for release. But we think what we have is enough fun that we'd like to bring the community in and let them play. »

En quoi la version finale sera-t-elle différente de la version en accès anticipé ?

« We intend for the full game to have multiple cooperative 3D platforming levels and a full storyline with cut-scenes. We plan to add more character classes to the release version of the game. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« Players are able to create a custom character and connect to a persistent server with an in-progress Mariot Lobby and basic functioning Skattle Royale.

We are doing timed events like the Bug Mane Kokopelli Concert, announced ahead of time. »

Le prix du jeu sera-t-il différent pendant et après l'accès anticipé ?

« We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features. »

Comment comptez-vous impliquer la communauté dans le processus de développement ?

« We plan to deeply involve the community in our development process. We are designing a game specifically to foster community and we would like the community to have a say in that, early and often. We plan to be in communication with updates and in dialogue on our community Discord server. We plan to involve and listen to the community as we develop our roadmap of new features. »

Create Your Mane & Make Your Mitch

Create your own custom character from either the Mitch or Mane class with full color customization. Create your unique Mane or Mitch as your avatar in BUGWORLD.

The Mariot*

Meet up with other Buglings in a fully interactive Burbank Airport Mariot*. Explore conference rooms and floors with other Buglings and use their social features. Team up for PVE and search for the pages of the Bug Sabre.

Events

Be there at the Mariot for timed server events, like the Bug Mane Kokopelli concert, to enjoy with other Buglings.

Skattle Royale At The Cootiedome

Face off against other Manes and Mitches in the massive Cootiedome, the stadium themed after chain restaurant Cooties. Buglings face off until there's only one Bugling standing, in areas like Kokopelli Kitchens, Buzz-Buzz Bathrooms, The Bug Bar, and Skittle-Skattle Seating.

BUGWORLD:ONLINE is an online, community-based multiplayer game with social features. As such, we can't fully control what other online players do and say. We will be doing content moderation as best we can, but be warned.

The Skattle Royale features gunplay and cartoon violence.
