«We plan to release Fraymakers in Early Access on January 18, 2023. While the full content for the game will take a bit longer, we’ll be prioritizing a specific set of content and features to get the game in your hands as soon as possible. Our Early Access release will feature, at minimum, 4 Characters, 5 Stages, 20 Assists, Rollback Online and FrayTools, our custom content program. As the developers of a high-profile fangame, we're quite experienced with the type of ongoing development cycle that comes with releasing a game in early form.»

«Our goal with Early Access is to involve our players in the development process to help us make Fraymakers the best game it can be. We will work with our community of players to tune all of our content over the course of Early Access. This includes leveraging our Steam Community in addition to our public Discord server, both of which allow direct interaction between you and our development team.

We plan to use our players’ feedback to help identify and address bugs, tune gameplay balance, enhance editor functionality and adjust our content focus areas. We’re open to suggestions and willing to make significant changes to Fraymakers based on what our players are looking for. By participating in our communities, you have the opportunity to give valuable feedback with a real, tangible impact on the final product.

  • Rollback Netcode - If you’ve been part of the fighting game community over the past few years, you know that rollback is the gold standard for fighting game netcode. We’ve prioritized and designed around rollback from the outset of development, meaning that Fraymakers will provide the smoothest possible online experience.
  • Full Movesets - With over 80 animations per character, we've skipped nothing! Each character comes complete with every motion and attack you've come to expect from a platform fighter as well as some brand new techniques.
  • Assists - Choose from a massive selection of indie characters to unleash an attack, fire a projectile, buff your character, or inflict a special status effect on your foes.
  • ...And Infinite Expandability! - We designed both the game and our custom content editor to be accessible and powerful. We want the process of creating your own content to be simple and fun. Whether you're a player or a creator, this means that the possibilities are endless.

* Local multiplayer requires the use of a gamepad for each additional player (and keyboard may be used for one player slot)
