Fatiao is a plugin-based desktop AI agent. The core does one thing: understand your goal, break it into steps, and orchestrate the work. Voice, knowledge base, search, scraping, schedules, sub-agents — every capability is a plugin. Install what you need, and that is what Fatiao becomes. One app, a thousand faces.

Not a chatbot that only answers. An assistant that does the work, shaped by the plugins you turn on.

A thin core

• Say it. Task chat is the only entry. State the goal. The core understands, splits, and orders the work.

• Plugins step in. Enabled plugins register their tools, skills, and services: what to search, what to write, where to click.

• Artifacts out. Documents, spreadsheets, slides, web pages, audio, and video come back as cards you can open and keep editing — not a paragraph lost in chat.

Where plugins come from

• The Workshop, a community ecosystem. Plugins and skills written by other people — subscribe in one click, and they update with Steam wherever you go. What you need is usually already published.

• Write your own. A plugin is a pack on disk: a manifest, an optional backend, a config page. Define your tools, then share them on the Workshop.

• More than tools. A plugin can add a panel inside the app, a settings page, a model provider, or a whole workflow — the same one-click install either way.

No bloated all-in-one. Every capability is its own plugin: flip it on and it works, flip it off and it is gone.

The free version is the standalone edition, with no Steam cloud services at all. The full version includes cloud saves and the Workshop — sessions, memory, and files follow you, and the Workshop brings the plugin and skill library of the whole community ecosystem, kept up to date by Steam.
