“[The jackbox style] saves on game setup time, but also allows for a few sneaky powers to be inserted in the game.”
Adam Blampied (No Rolls Barred)

“I love how it feels similar to a Jackbox game but with Avalon style mechanisms, yet still with some secret powers and things you couldn't do with a tabletop version!”
Dan King (Game Boy Geek)

“They did a phenomenal job of showing the how social deduction games work and what you can do on your turn.”

About This Game

In Republic of Jungle, 5- 10 players role-play as the advisors of President Puma. What Makes Us Different?

As fans of social deduction games like Mafia, Werewolf, The Resistance, and Secret Hitler ourselves, we know all too well that setting up and playing tabletops can be cumbersome. With Republic of Jungle we aim to streamline the experience, by creating an easy-to-access game without the need for things like:

  • moderators
  • a spacious table or hard surface
  • having to close your eyes

We took inspiration from games like Jackbox Party Packs and made a platform which allows the player to use their phone (or any other device with a browser) to play the game. Our narrative guides the player through the experience, and we were even able to add unique mechanics specific to the platform that would be hard to implement in a traditional tabletop setting.
