Why Early Access?

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I think the development process will take another year. I don't know how long it'll take to finish it. I have a working game-engine, which is in need of completion and content filling. I'm in fond of programming and game developing so, i promise, I'll put all my recources into this game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“As I see it from my point, it'll be a high-grade sanbox. With possibilities to control main character and it's environmant through the game deck and events. Typical RPG character leveling, different story lines, procedural tasks and events generation and additional locations generation.
Moreover, I'm gonna add a co-op up to several people.

By the list:
1. Detailing of the main game location.
2. Action-packed battles.
3. Many algorithms for procedural generation of secondary locations.
4. The marine component of the gameplay.
5. Lots of playing cards, events and mission. The ability to create your own playing deck.
6. The system of rivalry on the global map of the game world.
7. Many systems for manipulating the surrounding world and game mechanics.
8. Convenient tools for users to create their own playing fields and worlds.
9. Co-op.
10. Many system changes: optimization, graphics, sounds...”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

In this time the gameplay is a journey through the main game location.
Now you can roughly estimate what kind of game will be in the final.


Actually, only core of game is implemented, visual part was made by me through Paint and integrated for debugging a project, there is no sound at all.
Also there is no visual adaptating for monitors that differents from 1920 x 1080, it's not a big issue just not a primary task.

Briefly about the work done:
  • A game engine has been written.
  • Сhosen directions of development of the setting, gameplay and plot.
  • A simple graphical component has been implemented.
*Handling and integration of custom game space, additional locations, character menu, quest menu, effects and properties of playing cards - partially implemented, but hidden in this version, and will be connected when I finish them.”

About This Game

As planned this is an RPG-sandbox in board game style, with a gothic fantasy atmosphere.
А living own life world, which you can interact through the game character, attended events, tasks and game deck.
The goal of this project is to port board game.

In this time the gameplay is a journey through the main game location.
This demonstrates the work I have done, from scratch.

The game is raw.
Core aspects such as: generation of game characters, map-pocessing algorythm, most part of AI logic and e.t.c. are mostly done. But still in need of optimization and content. Also there is a dungeon map-generator, but it's unfinished and not integrated.
Graphics will be changed and balance will be updated. Plenty of dialogs, events, tasks, items and objects are gonna be added.
Have in plans to add co-op up to 4 players and map-creation tools.

Since it's my pesonal project - I can change/add/delete any part of it if I see fit.
