What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are a two-person indie development team that has been developing this project for 8 months now and we can't stop doing it.
Early Access is a great way to understand what the players want or what the game's flaws are. We need feedback from players to make our game even better.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It will take us approximately 12 months to exit Early Access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

Here's what we plan to do to get out of Early Access:
  • Access to all four levels.
  • Several endings for each level.
  • There are many scary masks that can be put on a maniac.
  • Full immersion in the plot and that will let you know the whole story.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

Currently available in the game:
  • The first level, which will introduce you to the unusual and addicting gameplay of the game.
  • Two scary masks you can put on a maniac
  • Two endings of the first level

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price of the game will rise with the release of new levels.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We need player feedback to help make our game better.
We will try to listen to the opinions of the players so that it does not spoil the main idea of the game and the plot, and at the same time, it only makes the gameplay better.
We are waiting for your ideas or shortcomings in our game at:”

About This Game

Metel - Horror Escape is a first-person 3D game in the quest, horror genre.

Welcome to the house of a crazy maniac, thirsting for new blood and suffering! You are the victim that fell into his hands.
Be careful when trying to find a way out. A maniac should not notice your attempt to escape.

Description of the game process:
You play as a victim, you were caught by a maniac and put in a metal cage, in some old abandoned house located in the forest.
Your main task is to get out of this house and escape as far as possible from this nightmare.
You must be careful when you are trying to escape, the maniac can hear you and come to you to check if everything is in place, before he arrives you must hide all the evidence of the escape and return to the cage so that the maniac does not find you badly. When a maniac comes, he first of all checks whether you are on the spot or not, then he suspects that you tried to escape, and if he does not find evidence of escape, then the maniac leaves and leaves you alone, but if he noticed at least one piece of evidence you have sent, for example, a box you opened or a forgotten open door, he will punish you by applying an electric current to your metal cage.
You have three attempts to escape, and do not try to go one-on-one with the maniac, you have no chance.
The game will have four levels, and in each level you will play for different victims, learning the history of the victims and how it all started.
