About This Game

Learn to express yourself in a universal language!


Collect and store any phrase for later use. Find out what the symbols mean by speaking them back to the villagers. The 2000+ symbols are the only writing you'll find in the game!





Reassemble chunks and symbols in different configurations to build custom input and gain mastery over the language!





Explore an interconnected network of beautifully hand-drawn locations occupied by islanders that all have personal micro-narratives and histories that you may discover and expoit. The solution to every conflict and obstacle isn't violence. It's talking!





An eruption will shatter the island... unless you can reach the summit in time! Fail, and a mysterious power resets you to the start of your adventure! You retain not only the knowledge you've accumulated during your previous runs, but also your power to fragment phrases, encouraging you to create your own shortcuts in the lower levels.
