Why Early Access?

“I need help and input from the Community. The game brings the city-building genre and also a world map where you can send your vessels to different cities to trade items and migrants. I'm attempting to do a good job blending city-building with world trade in SugarWinds, therefore I need help.”

“Is not easy to say. 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have more content. More maps, modes, ships, buildings, products, and cities. General speaking more polished.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable, it has a campaign that lasts for at least 2 hours, then you can keep playing as long as you wish.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. As the game will gain content the price will be slightly increased.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I need help and feedback on the controls, UI, and in general the whole game. The community will be involved in the direction the title will take. I have many ideas but ultimately the player is the one that will enjoy the experience. I will keep the forums updated and also will communicate via our Discord Server.”

About This Game



A city building game with sail, trading, and an RTS touch, you will need to keep your people fed and happy, while producing or buying war items to defend your city from incoming attacks.

Features:

-City builder: Enjoy the power and flexibility of a traditional city building game.

-Action: Enemies will attack your town by sea and land.



-RTS: Once the enemy is on land, you can select units and organize an attack against them.

-Sail: You have access to the world map and around 20 cities to sail to and trade with, keep in mind sailors need food and water for the long trips.



-Crown: The game begins with your selection of a European city.

-Initial location: You will be able to select a city on the Caribbean map.

-Intercontinental trade: With your ship, sell and buy goods with any city, in the Caribbean, or Europe.

-Sim: +50 buildings simulating real Caribbean ones.

-Production Lines: +80 products available.
