Why Early Access?

“We are taking you on a journey around the world so that you can learn about construction techniques from Europe, Africa, America, Asia and even the frosty Arctic! You have the opportunity to make an igloo, a clay house, a log house, European house and many others at the same time facing extreme temperatures and not always friendly fauna ;) And yes, you can be a one-man construction team, but it is known not from today that building together – is better.

Creating a game is also a challenge like the construction process - we face various conditions and use many tools to provide you - our players - with the best possible ways to play, relax, rest, but also learn. Early Access enables us to go through the process together and learn from one another how to be better Builders – in terms of game development and actual gameplay as well.

We invite you to tell us your thoughts about your House Builder experiences and hopefully, our strong relationship, our work, turns into the most unique experience for all of the Builders around the World!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game will be available in Early Access from 6 to 12 months. During this time, we plan to prepare the final product for you, taking into account the feedback from our Community of Builders.

These are our predictions, because we plan to release the game when it meets all our expectations, so being optimistic, we are also flexible. It is worth remembering that the game already offers a lot of possibilities and offers a long playing time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version of the game, we would like to introduce our Builders to:
- new mechanics
- further levels of gameplay difficulty
- construction challenges from not yet discovered parts of the World
- many new features including the more detailed designing of the backyard”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access will be available on 11/11/2021 on Steam, and now we invite you to play the demo version, which allows you to pass two levels in extremely different conditions - a clay house and an igloo!”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The Early Access release, which will be published on 11/11, is a game for real construction enthusiasts who want to participate with us in a crucial stage of its development, so it is a version a little cheaper than the official version.

The official game will be more polished and detailed, so its price will be slightly higher than that in Early Access, but it will be offering more complexity and new, previously unknown mechanics.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are proud and happy to say, our Community is a crucial part of the game development since the beginning of working on the project! We've also built a healthy Discord community where all of us share our thoughts and ideas, report bugs, and just enjoy being the part of the game.
We conduct internal and external surveys to ask players what challenges they would like to face in the game, and we are always eager to hear our community feedback!”

HOUSE BUILDER – MAIN FEATURES:

To build a first-class house, start with choosing the perfect location. You can select every place in the world! Boiling Africa, frosty Siberia, or tropical Amazon Rainforest? It’s up to you!
Next, let’s focus on the project - you can create different types of buildings - from miserable little sheds to exclusive mansions. This will depend also on the materials you will use.
