Why Early Access?

“Apex Aim Trainer is a FPS training program for players to improve their skills. This game needs to continuously evolve its content based on player feedback. Early access will help me build relationship to FPS players and let me know what you guys need. Another reason is I'm working alone on this project with no budget at all. And it takes time to put everything into this game. Early access will help me make it happen.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The final version will be released in 3-6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The final version will have the following features:
* More weapons will be available.
* More scopes will be modeled.
* More weapon attachments will be available, including hop-ups.
* More sophisticated bots.
* Better scoreboard and leaderboard.
There will be more features if I have time on them, OR if there are some features you guys really really want.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“* Full support of FOV and mouse sensitivity settings. You can simply apply those values from Apex Legends.
* Currently there are 9 weapons available: Flatline, Longbow, R-301, Peacekeeper, R99, G7, Wingman, Spitfire, Prowler.
* There are 5 scopes modeled: 1x holo, 1x HCOG, 2x HCOG, 3x HCOG, 6x Scope. Other scope models are currently hidden, but player view will be zoomed correctly to the corresponding zoom level.
* Stocks, barrels, and magazines are available.
* There are 2 maps: 1v1 and shooting range.
* There are 2 types of bot: humanoid and sphere.
* There are 7 types of AI behavior: stand still, stafe, random strafe, follow & strafe, random strafe+jump, random strafe+crouch, random strafe+jump+crouch.
* There are 2 game modes: challenge mode which gives you 60 seconds to shoot, and practice mode which you can take your time and shoot freely.
* Aim Assistant is now available, which indicates the position of a perfect leading shot. It is extremely useful for practicing long range snipping.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I'm planning to keep the same price. There might be some DLCs in the future, such as adding support to other games, but that's not the primary goal for now.”

“Community participation is a big part of this game.
