Why Early Access?

“The main purpose of our Early Access launch is to optimize and improve the game. During this process, we can fully understand the players’ preferences and listen to their suggestions. This will allow us to better discover the game’s shortcomings and improve them in a targeted manner.We also request your patience and understanding. If you encounter any bugs, difficulty challenges, or unreasonable designs in the game, you can communicate with us at any time. Although we are just a small group, we will try our best to make KAKU: Ancient Seal the best experience possible.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We estimate the Steam Early Access duration to last for roughly 6 to 8 months. We will continue to update and improve the game, and the official version is expected to be launched at the end of 2023 or early 2024.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“First of all, the core gameplay of the Early Access version will be consistent with the final release, but we plan to add more exploration, puzzle solving, and combat for the full launch. The added content is mainly to expand around the existing core gameplay.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Steam Early Access version currently includes:

-A complete main storyline with over 30 hours of gameplay.
-Four complete, massive maps.
-Numerous epic boss battles.
-Four huge puzzle-solving levels.
-Dozens of underground ruins with totally different styles.
-A slew of hidden collectables scattered throughout the land, such as chests, sacred stones and essences.
-Rich and diverse bestiary of foes.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Although the price of the full version has not yet been determined, considering that there will be major updates in terms of game content and gameplay, the price of the full version will be higher than that of the Early Access release. We will have an announcement to notify everyone of the final launch price later.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are very interested in player feedback and opinions, and we’ll release announcements and explanations in a timely manner after every game update. The player community can help us continually improve the game by voicing their thoughts through the following channels:
