«We want to build the game around a community and implement changes based upon feedback. Great games die because of developers not involving the community. We will strive to change that and take extra time to listen to our players and polish the game.»

«Approximately 6 months to improve the game upon player feedback and add more content & polishing. We won't rush the release and instead publish a full release that we are proud of.»

«We aim to expand upon the mechanics currently implemented in the game, including new skills, classes, perks, gamemodes, dungeons, arenas, animations, sounds and music. Further polishing of all existing game features is a big focus during Early Access to create a smooth and rewarding experience.»

«All core gameplay mechanics are included in the current state of Early Access. This includes 4 finished character classes, each with 48 skills. multiple PvP gamemodes, casual 1 vs 1 matchmaking, and 6 fully playable dungeons with multiple rooms. PvP and dungeon games can be found via the ingame lobby browser. Player account progression is included, earn experience while playing and purchase new skills and perks with ingame currency. The game has some menu and skill effect sounds, along with a couple pieces of original music.»

«As the game grows in content and features the price might be adjusted during Early Access. We will consider player feedback during Early Access on our future price model.»

«Since we have began developing the game, the community has always been an important factor to us. Currently, we have reached out to some people interested, and have allowed them to join us for closed testing. Helping them learn, and listening to their feedback to help us improve the game for moments coming like this.

We plan on involving the community by having open communication through Discord, Twitter, emails, and Steam with all of our testers, as well as those showing interest who are not testing. We will be doing our best to work with everyone to listen to all of their feedback and/or issues during play testing, showing them our plans, and giving them the voice they deserve as players. We will have specific days where we will promote and focus on specific parts of the game, to allow more organized feedback, and be transparent in the changes we are making which will be influenced by their feedback.»

Customize your characters with up to 12 skills, including a game-changing legendary skill, and 4 pieces of equipment. In Tidewoken, every skill is unique and offers a variety of strategic uses, combo potentials, and exciting synergies that can turn the tide of battle.

Find new skills and equipment in dungeons, or earn Twokens to acquire them in the in-game store. Defeat dungeon bosses and earn their unique legendary skills for your character to equip.

Dungeons

Explore the beautiful landscapes of the dungeons in Tidewoken, where monsters and daunting bosses await. Choose your difficulty, ranging from a fun and casual experience together, to challenges only well-prepared teams can master. If you adventure through the dungeons alone, you can control up to 4 of your characters, or choose from various AI-controlled companions.

  • Dungeons - Each dungeon has multiple rooms and monsters with distinctive behaviors. Bring up to 3 other players with you, or try to beat them alone.
  • Customize your characters - Dive into our in-depth character editor, where hundreds of skills and endless combinations await. Each decision shapes your strategy and playstyle.
  • Competitive PvP - PvP in Tidewoken is centered around fair and competitive matches. No luck-based values, no random effects, 100% pure skill.
  • Measure your plays - Your influential actions are logged into the combat log. View the impact of your damage, healing, and protection in the detailed scoreboard.
  • Handcrafted maps - Although our focus is on gameplay, we're working hard to provide beautiful visuals and environments to enjoy.
