End User License Agreement (EULA)
TIDEWOKEN (“GAME” or “product”) is an online computer game developed by Eternal Wave ("we" or "us"). By installing, downloading, copying, accessing, or using TIDEWOKEN, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you disagree, do not install, download, copy, access, or use the game.
This product is for personal use only and may be installed and used on only one computer. Eternal Wave copyrights all components accompanying the software and may not be modified, distributed, or used with other software except as part of the GAME. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of the game or its components is prohibited.
TIDEWOKEN is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. You assume all risks associated with using the game. This disclaimer of warranty is an essential part of this agreement.
Eternal Wave and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from using TIDEWOKEN. The game and related services are for lawful purposes only.
By purchasing in-game currency, you agree to follow the payment instructions. For issues related to payment systems, contact the Payment Partner. We are not responsible for payment procedures or compensations for transactions made through Steam.
Using unauthorized third-party programs (e.g., hacks, cheats, mods) may result in the termination of your access to the game. Intentional use of game exploits and glitches may also lead to termination of access.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Eternal Wave regarding TIDEWOKEN. It supersedes any prior agreements and is governed by the laws of Austria. Accessing the game from outside Austria is at your own risk and responsibility for compliance with local laws.
TIDEWOKEN and all related materials are the exclusive property of Eternal Wave. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. You may not rent, lease, transfer, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the game.
We may provide updates and modifications to the game, which must be installed to continue using TIDEWOKEN. These updates are subject to the terms of this EULA.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the game and destroying all copies in your possession. We may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the game and destroy all copies.
You and Eternal Wave agree to negotiate any disputes informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration or court proceedings. Initiate informal negotiations by written notice to support@tidewoken.com.
