Into the Radius Coming in 2020!

Good news everyone!

As many of you know we've had some busy time behind the scenes. We wanted to take some time to give a comprehensive update.

First up, we're very excited to announce that due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, Into the Radius will continue into full production.

Our team has started to build a production roadmap and we're currently aiming to release the game in the first quarter of 2020. We are aiming for an open development with integrating player feedback on each step, so we divided the development into milestones.

Some of the key features to expect:

Milestone - Q1 2019
  • Improve controls, UX and add WMR support

Milestone - Q2 2019
  • Hub gameplay - select your missions, manage resources, progress in the game

Milestone - Q3 2019
  • Armor, Ammo types, Multiple game maps and Human NPCs

Milestone - Q4 2019
  • Full game content and story, most will be not accessible in demo to avoid spoilers

Milestone - Q1 2020
  • Beta version closed
  • Polish and Global release

Each milestone release will include a round of Beta keys made available through our Discord channel and we'll be updating the community regularly about what's new or what kind of feedback or support we need.

We'll be setting up Into the Radius on social networks and we'll have a pre-reg website coming soon. Discord will remain our main hub for deep discussion, but if you want to follow the news more casually you can :)

Update 0.3.966 is live

There's some good news on the horizon for Into the Radius, we can't wait to share!

In the meantime, we've got another Bug Fix patch today:

Fixed Bugs
  • Item disappearance from hip pouch
  • Items switching scale when spawned in the pouch
  • Artifacts are no longer lost on mission complete
  • No more mission result screen spam
  • Useful items like a camera and sleeping bags now re-spawn on base if the player has none
  • Reflector anomaly functions a bit differently
  • On photoshoot quest player should be properly informed of the correct or incorrect photo via subtitle phrase

Focused on open-world, hardcore gameplay with realistic weapon interaction, survival and environmental exploration with stealth and cunning, explore a zone filled with dangerous anomalies to locate and collect artifacts.

Imagine an abandoned and blighted territory, in which all kinds of anomalous events take place, unknown creatures often appear threatening to humans in the zone. The potential for profit is huge and there are quite a few people willing to risk their lives for the money.
