一個三口之家剛剛搬到巴厘島的一個偏遠地區。這戶人家的丈夫是巴厘島當地人。而新手媽媽傑西卡則在丈夫外出的時候獨自在家陪伴孩子。當她在做家務的時候，她聽到孩子在另一個房間里莫名其妙地哭了。她並不知道，一個以新生兒為食的超自然生靈，那天晚上悄悄來到了他們的家。她忘記把一個巴龍面具放在嬰兒床旁邊，因此寶寶失去了保護。傑西卡必須想辦法保護自己和她剛出生的孩子免受飛頭蠻里克出沒的影響。
