I enjoyed planning production, waging campaigns on multiple fronts, amphibious assaults, launching ICBMS, choosing to play as any nation of the time era, researching tech, and making an alternate history over the course of many hours. Out of almost 200 games in my library I always keep this one installed just incase I feel the need to turn the Netherlands into a nuclear power in 40's. 10/10 plus using cheats is very fun too.

A world war II strategy game like no other. You must manage politics, trade, logistics, intelligence, technology research, and make tactical desicions all at the same time. I love and hate the complexity of it. I have spent so many hours and have yet to finish a game. I am currently playing as the US, started in 1936 and it is now 1942. I am battlling the Germans in the UK and the Italians in nortth Africa. It is very realistic, you need a huge army to really make any progress. I am just focused on taking one piece at a time and holding it while I build up more infantry and armor units.

Recommended if you are into in-depth strategy that takes hours and hours to play. If not your thing, save your money. I feel this game will not appeal to 90% of gamers, so I am not recommending.
