Welcome to UNDERTALE. In this RPG, you control a human who falls underground into the world of monsters. Now you must find your way out... or stay trapped forever.

the game plays differently compared to role playing games in general
it is composed of making decisions mainly

the plot and execution is what i love about this game
i felt like i was really interacting with the colourful cast of characters
the gameplay aspect was necessary
for the experience to be immersive
which makes undertale feel well-rounded

the bullethell/rpg mechanic was smart too
very refreshing

and the soundtrack is magical

Play it.

No really, stop reading reviews and just play it.

I went into Undertale not expecting much, this game has been hyped to unbelievable heights... but it's the rare case where it actually lives up to its reputation.

It is:
-an excellent 16-bit style RPG
-a game with a great soundtrack
-a game with multiple ways to complete it that are fundamentally different from each other
-a game that messes with you, more so than any other game.

Play it.

This game ruined my life in a good way. Buy it if you haven't yet.
The ost is my jam now.
Bonetrousle is my bread, Megalovania is my butter, and It's Raining Somewhere Else is as beautifull as freaking Gymnopedie no. 1.
I didn't even like the colour yellow before this game.
Freaking skeletons are dominating my life.
I haven't read this much fanfics since my Creepypasta day's.
And then another thing, spaghetti is love, spaghetti is life.
Oh and the puns are amazing.
Buy the game man.

undertale is a stuningt game with its gameplay and charaters i would recomend anyone i know to get it and play it after what ive eperinced playing the game for myself. all of the charaters are likeble and so insteating it has inspired me and many over game dev.

* Start the game, Name the child after Yourself, Explore Everything, then do what You Wish.

* Play alone, and don't play around people who played Undertale before you if it's possible.

* No matter what, do not watch/read about the story or gameplay until you complete the game at least once, (You'll be thankful for it later.)

* Don't worry about what your doing, even if they know.

* Once you complete Undertale, then we can talk about the game in detail, and I can explain why I took more then one thousand, one hundred, and sixteen hours of thinking about writing about a game I played a year ago before writing these points down.

* Have fun and stay determined.

If you love RPG's, Bullet Hell Shooters, or getting the feels, then do yourself a favor and buy Undertale ASAP!

I give it 10 plates of spaghetti out of 10 and I would definitely be filled with DETERMINATION again!

This is one of the only games I will ever review, but I just have to recommend it. I know this game is dying but this game is worth every minute sitting in a computer chair. So yeah, just try it. (Each review sold seperately)

When I first saw this game I thought it was like pokemon. I hate pokemon. It is sort of like it except much better. The game is fun, with easy puzzles, great characters, a beautiful music soundtrack, and a pretty good backstory. I would recomend this game to any type of player. the only problem with this game is the fanbase

Let's be honest with ourselves. Its 99% story and 1% gameplay. In fact, the gameplay is so absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that I actually beat the game ONLY ONCE. That's all I could take. It's a GARBAGE GAME. And I'm not joking. It's also ironic because Toby Fox, a fan of the Mother series made UNDERTALE, which practically demolished Earthbound's publicity as one of the only self-aware RPGs set in modern times. Congratulations, Toby. You made a boring game and killed your fandom. You played yourself.

Undertale is honestly one of the finest games I have ever played, and is easily my favorite game of all time. Just everything about it is incredible. The gameplay, the story, the characters, and most of all the music. Toby Fox is a genius, and I can't wait to see what he does next.

I was avoiding this game for awhile because I thought it did not look good, decided to give it a go because my friend recommended it, beat it in about 10 hours (passive route) I loved it, its is now one of my favorite games. The story made me cry a few times. 10/10 I honestly dont think i could go the killer way in this game, would make me feel too guilty.
