The games all work fine and just like their original forms......... and that is the problem this collection is pretty much (not counting the challanges) an emulator. I was hoping this collection would make the games run just like megaman 9 and 10 but nope . The slowdown and the sprite flickering is still there. Also where are megaman 9 and 10?

Don't get me wrong the games work just fine but if you already have them available don't bother with this. I can't recommend it at all.

For those of us that want to be brought back to our childhood this is a sooo recommended game, sadly this works with an emulator or something like that because it still contains some of the old bugs, like whenever there are a lot of "bosses" on screen the game starts running VERY slowly XD

Classic Mega Man's 1-6!~ Great....
But it would have been better if 7, 8, MM&Bass, 9, and 10 were in it too.

I LOVE Megaman. I grew up with it, and my Dad loved it too. When I saw this, I was really excited to play through the games again. I see a lot of the negative comments that relate to input lag. Well input lag would be GREAT to experience. If you go online and google something like 'Megaman collection black screen' youll get a discussion about a problem that hundreds of people are having. Either the game loads into a black screen and crashes, the game loads into a black screen and plays music forever, or the game loads into a blob of blocky, unrendered trash; not as a joke, but as the game becomes unplayable. If for some reason you got this cancer of a port to load, THEN you can worry about input lag. But seeing as I and plenty others have found this game to be a terrible port that loads a black screen, Id say this deserves more than a negative review. It wasted my money, but more importantly, ruined the nostalgic feeling I get when I see Megaman. Please fix this. Please.

Want a game that reminds you of Megaman's Golden years and is actually a good quality title that didn't make you regret backing funding it 3 years ago? This is what you should spend money on!

The added database and the music collection is a nice touch and the challenges are not that bad either, this collection is indeed good if your a Megaman fan. There is only one thing I don't like from this and that is that Megaman 7 and Megaman 8 are not included but hey at least that is why the Anniversary collection exists right? This game oh wait I mean collection gets 9 tentacles up.

A port of 6 fantastic classic NES Mega Man games, I highly reccomend this at least for the games themselves! Tight platforming, challenging fights, and lots of using your brain and tools at your disposal to overcome obstacles! Also there are quite a few added challenge missions that run you through specific parts from different games.

My main complaint here is they for some reason emulated the classic NES games including slow down and flickering when too many things are on screen. I get trying to achieve that classic experience, but I felt it was unnessecary. Also, I've heard of some technical issues with controls and stuff, but I've only experienced a small time where for some reason I couldn't jump for a bit.

Overall, I had a lot of fun replaying these 6 games though, and I'm playing through them once again for my Youtube channel, and if you like, you can check it out below! Also, excuse the bad quality of audio and commentary, literally started the channel with Mega Man 1. 2 and onward should definitely sound like I know what I'm doing though :)
