You liked Speedball 2 twenty years ago on Commodore Amiga or Atari 520ST ? Then you'll love this game because it's the same game with better sounds and graphics. The whole game is only 18 Mo.
For those who does'nt know Speedball, it's a us football game, but in a very brutal version. You win points with touchdowns (in fact, there is goals), but also by putting KO the opponents and touching areas on the field. The ball cannot get out so you can even play with the walls.
There are many bonuses on the field giving malus to the opponents (freezing the whole team for 3 seconds, speed down, low life...) or bonuses to your team (speed up, temporary invincibility, twice the score for 15 seconds...)
This game is as fun as the original one, with sounds from another time (you can hear floppy drives working during loadings for examples)
So, once again, I will say to those who know the original game and liked it back in 1989 to buy it without thinking, and for the others, to try the original games (with emulators for example) to make your thought.
For me : A 10/10 nostalgia
