«We believe the best way to make Hometopia a great experience for players is to get (and incorporate!) constant feedback as we develop the game. Launching in Early Access on Steam allows us to do just that, and we plan to work closely with the community to build features that players will love. Hometopia is already packed with a lot of seriously satisfying content, and we have a lot more that we’re excited to share over time, too.»

«We don’t have a firm timeline in mind for staying in Early Access. It is safe to expect at least 12+ months as we continue to build out our roadmap.»

«The current state of Early Access includes our Dynamic Job System where you can progress in your career as a home designer and builder, as well as our core building system for constructing and designing player-built homes and neighborhoods with up to four players.»

«While we haven't finalized our future plans for pricing, it is very likely there will be a price increase as new features are added. We will additionally release DLC packs that provide a range of new assets and gameplay mechanics to enhance the player experience.»

We have an exciting, long-term vision for Hometopia. We don’t intend to just finish a few features and call it a day. We see Hometopia as an ongoing, creative worldbuilding platform for players to design homes, build communities, play and interact with others.

We are building a cooperative online experience to allow for maximum creativity and collaboration. We’re in this for the long haul and need your help getting Hometopia to its full potential.

Hometopia is in EARLY ACCESS and while very playable, is a work-in-progress and not yet complete. We are very responsive in Discord and will help you with any problems you come across.

  • Full co-op support - Work with up to 4 other players in any and every part of the game. Work together to take on ambitious renovations or to develop entire neighborhoods.
  • Career progression - Build a career starting as a beginner and progressing to professional home designer.
