Start small. Build your print shop.

Win your first orders, buy better machines and turn a small workshop into a growing custom-apparel business. Inspired by firsthand experience running a real print shop, Print Shop Manager connects your sales, people, production and finances.

You manage. Your team produces. Visiting the workshop and trying the heat press or embroidery machines in 3D are optional activities. Customer orders are produced by your team through the weekly simulation, not by completing the mini-games.

Set your prices. Win the right orders.

Quote printing and embroidery jobs, negotiate counteroffers and weigh the margin against the workload. Attract customers through marketing, then decide which opportunities your workshop can realistically deliver.

Turn a busy order book into deliveries.

Invest in heat presses, single-head and four- or six-head embroidery machines, DTG printing and patch production. Plan team hours, prioritize jobs and balance speed, quality and available capacity.

Time advances one week at a time. Prepare your decisions at your own pace, then end the week to see production, deliveries and financial results.

Make room to grow.

Hire and train your team. Arrange machines, desks, storage and packing stations, open departments and move into larger premises. Create your company logo and staff shirts, and watch your workshop come to life.

Choose your management style.

• Simplified: lighter finances and team management, with sales, production and growth at the centre of the experience. A good starting point if business management is new to you.
  
• Complete: deeper decisions about cash flow, payment terms, employee skills, morale, stress and customer relationships.

Complete mode also lets you choose direct sales or contract decoration for other distributors, build a customizable sandbox business or take on scenarios such as an aging workshop, a family business or disaster recovery.
