AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

HyperION DAW has no prompt-based or live generative AI features, and its included sounds and the Factory Samples contain no AI-generated audio. Some of the sample preview images included with the Photo Editor and Video Editor were made with AI image tools.
Content created inside HyperION is produced by automation and analysis. The Song Starter, the Piano Roll, Step, Chain and Harmony generators and Create Backing Track are procedural, rule-based systems in the application's own code: they build parts from musical rules, the user's settings and analysis of the user's project, with controlled variation. Smart Match and AI Mastering work by analysing the user's own audio and applying matching processing to it.
Some tools run machine-learning models locally on the user's computer to analyse material the user provides: stem separation, drum and audio to MIDI, lyric transcription and photo object selection. These tools separate, transcribe or select parts of the user's own material; they do not generate new music, voices or images.
Some promotional materials, such as the dubbed voiceovers in our videos, were made with the help of AI voice tools.
