About This Content

Rise of Empire Promo Heroes adds 21 unique Hero cards to your Trade Deck. Heroes stay in play when purchased, and each have a one-time scrap effect. The more-expensive heroes also often have a when-purchased effect, so deciding when to use these powerful cards to activate your ally abilities is a key part of their strategy.

System Requirements

    Minimum:
    • OS *: Windows XP SP2+
    • Graphics: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.
* Starting January 1st, 2024, the Steam Client will only support Windows 10 and later versions.
