QUAKE - Brian Leahy
Many of you may have seen this video, but there's nothing else going on today, so I'm posting this here because it is awesome. This is a stitched video of every level of Quake being completed at 100%, meaning all kills and all secrets on every level on Nightmare difficulty (via Reddit).

Now, each level was recorded separately and some hacking tools were used to start the next level with the previous level's inventory, but there was no hacking or cheating in the actual level runs. Ten players contributed runs to the project.

Oh, and you're going to hear the shotgun a lot.

All five DLC add-ons for Bethesda's Fallout 3 are 50% off this week on the Xbox 360 through Xbox Live Marketplace. Each of the add-on packs can be had for 400 MS Points or $5. For now, the DLC is $10 a pop on the PS3 and PC, though it remains to be seen if similar sales follow.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion® Game of the Year Edition Trailer - Alice O'Connor
A whole new world has arrived for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in the much-anticipated English translation of the colossal total conversion Nehrim: At Fate's Edge, which was released over the weekend and is available from FileShack.

Described as "one of the world's most extensive total conversions" for Oblivion, Nehrim is set in an entirely new world with no connection to Oblivion or The Elder Scrolls. The new world and story boast an estimated fifty hours of playtime with over sixty quests, also including a new soundtrack and a vocal cast of 56 professional voice actors.

Unfortunately, as the mod was created by a German team, you'll have to make do with German voices and English subtitles but surely that's better than a sub par dub, yes?

The five DLC packs for Fallout 3, previously only available a la carte through Games for Windows LIVE on the PC, are now available on Steam for $9.99 a pop.

The Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition, which includes all five add-on packs, has been available since October 2009, but now gamers that purchased the original release on Steam can get in on the DLC love. It is also available on Direct2Drive, if that's more your flavor.

If you're wondering where to start, Broken Steel is a must-have as it takes the story beyond the ending of Fallout 3 and raises the level cap. Point Lookout is widely considered to be one of the best DLC add-ons and I had a good time with The Pitt. Operation Anchorage and Mothership Zeta aren't as great, but have some good items to grab.

QUAKE II - Brian Leahy
Our own Arctic Fox spotted Google Code-hosted port of id Software's legendary first-person shooter Quake 2 to HTML5, which contains numerous enhancements over HTML 4.01 and is largely regarded as the biggest competitor to Adobe's Flash platform.

HTML5 is currently supported in Google's own Chrome web browser and Apple's Safari browser. HTML5 is also useful for streaming video. YouTube has an open beta you can participate in to view supported videos through the HTML5 player.
