Hello! This is the Vindictus team.
The newest raid is called A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed.

The enemy you'll be facing in this raid, Morgant, is a magical blademaster of the Draugr.
In ancient times, this mysterious but brilliant civilization flourished deep beneath Ben Chenner, a Fomor sect that worshipped the Fomor God.
However, when Elchulus fell into a slumber and Ben Chenner burned down to the Blazing Mountain, they vanished from history.

From the ranks of those Draugr, lost to the shadows of time, emerges Morgant.
Despite his calling as a member of the Silent Knights, he is a secretive and complex character who trusts no one.
Soon, his quest for the truth will lead to a fateful encounter, and a first confrontation, with our heroes.

Morgant employs a flashy blade-based combat style with his magic sword, which has been imbued with incredible power.
When this sword is further enchanted, it temporarily changes form, extending into an Erg Blade that poses a grave threat to the heroes.
Targets hit by the Erg Blade will be inflicted with an Erg Wound.

The unique fighting style of a spellsword manifests not only through swordsmanship, but also through sorcerous force.
The sigils he etches onto the battlefield will react to Erg Wounds and spark powerful explosions, so beware this synergy.

Additionally, he can defend himself from the heroes' attacks with a magic shield, occasionally unleashing fluctuating attacks.

As the battle draws to an end, Morgant channels the power contained in his Erg Blade outward in all directions.
Powerful energy will engulf the entire battle arena, requiring quick responses.

• Added a new raid battle, 'A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed: Morgant'

• 
  Up to 4 players at Lv. 120 can participate in the battle, located in the Fort Cessair region under Toward Taratha.
• This battle can be successfully completed once per day.

• You will consume 16% Fatigue Points when you depart.

• ATT and M. ATT are applied up to a maximum of 58,620.

• This battle does not have an ATT Surplus cap applied.

• This battle does not have an Additional Damage cap applied.

 

• Minimum entry stats for Quick Battle are as follows.

 

• Added "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" to the Battle Circuit list.
• 
  Must be Lv. 120 to depart for 'A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed.' Characters below Lv. 120 cannot use the Battle Circuit listed below.

• Defeat Morgant from the raid battle "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" to obtain Solitude Enchant Scroll and other items. (Probability rates differ for each)

  Defeat Gorbas from the raid battle "Glutton's Banquet" to obtain Trial Enchant Scroll and other items. Probability rates differ for each.

• Added Level 120 Rare/Legendary Uaithne Weapons, Uaithne Gauntlets, Uaithne Boots, and two new rings: Token of Silence and Token of Quiet.

New Equipment Crafting Recipe

• Added the recipe for the Lv. 120 equipment Uaithne Hand/Feet Armor.

• • You can craft Uaithne Hand/Feet Armor through Armorsmithing and Tailoring Expertise.

• • The recipe can be obtained (based on probabilities) after clearing the new raid "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" while using a Core Boost.

• • Morgant's Essence can be obtained (based on probabilities) through "Weekly Raid Rewards," or by clearing "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" while using a Core Boost.

• • When crafting Uaithne Hand/Feet Armor, +15 Orna Gauntlets/Boots is used as material, and this item must be tuned to its maximum stats (excluding ATT Surplus).

• The ATT Surplus stats of the Orna Equipment used as materials are transferred, as they are, to the Uaithne Equipment.

• • Other than required materials, Extraction Runes can be used as selected materials when crafting Uaithne Hand/Feet Armor.

• • When crafting using Extraction Runes as selected materials, the enchants from the Orna equipment used as materials can be transferred directly to the crafted Uaithne equipment.

• • Whether the Extraction Runes used as selected materials are bound to your character does not affect whether the crafted Uaithne equipment will be binding.

 

• Added Uaithne Advancement Stone: Hand/Feet Armor recipe.

• Uaithne Advancement Stone: Hand/Feet Armor is one of the required materials for advancing hand/feet armor.

• The "advancement" of Uaithne equipment is a system that enhances equipment's stats, which replaces existing enhancement.

• • You can use the required materials to increase the equipment's level in the following order: "Basic -> Beginner -> Fine -> Superior -> Rare -> Legendary."

• • The results for advancement are not determined by probability, and they succeed no matter what.

• An Advancement Stone made of only tradable materials can be traded through the Marketplace.

• You can craft an Uaithne Advancement Stone with Artisan Expertise or through a crafting request.

 

• 
  Added the recipe for new Lv. 120 rings, Token of Silence and Token of Quiet.
• 
  The recipe can be obtained (based on probabilities) after clearing the new raid "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" while using a Core Boost.

 

New Equipment Tuning

1. Uaithne Gauntlets and Boots

• Uaithne Gauntlets and Uaithne Boots receive the following stats upon tuning.

• The increased stats can't exceed the max tuning stats.

• The success rate for each enhancement level of the Token of Silence and Token of Quiet rings, increased stats, and materials required for enhancement are the same materials needed for enhancing The Cursed Belt item. The details are as follows:

• Ally and Close Ally for Neamhain have been implemented.

• You can earn "Ally" and "Close Ally" with Neamhain.

• Upon earning the ranks Ally and Close Ally, Neamhain will become less fatigued, and her Power Stance duration will last longer.

• Rank Ally and Close Ally achievements have also been implemented.

• Confidant and Destined for Neamhain will be implemented at a later date.

Dan-ah

• Fixed an issue where when Dan-Ah attacked certain normal monsters utilizing Guard, using the "Final Gate: Purge," "Final Gate: Vanquisher," "Final Gate: Ascendance," and "Final Gate: Unleashed" skills, these attacks did not have damage decrease effect applied.

Neamhain

• 
  Fixed an issue where Neamhain would sometimes be unaffected by monster attacks.

Charon

• Adjusted the amount of SP gained on the 5th and 6th hits of the third smash attack after "Rune Spectrum," from 5 SP each to 8 SP each.

• Fixed an issue where, after Charon's third smash attack had its hit count changed, SP recovery should have been adjusted to match the hit count but was not.

Kai

• Fixed an issue where using "Ricochet Shot" after "Magnum" would cause Kai's arm to shake.

Character Moods

• Added "A Prophecy That Cannot Be Followed" to the Lv. 110+ Region Raid completion requirements for the Mood Mission "Royal Army Request."

 

5. Misc.

• Improved logic to address an issue where some party members would occasionally fail to earn rewards, if the party leader left the party shortly after the end of a battle.
• 
  Fixed an issue that caused stats on Neamhain weapons below Lv. 90 to be based on ATT instead of M. ATT.
• 
  Added a warning pop-up when attempting to use an Extraction Rune on Lv. 110+ equipment.
• 
  Changed the level threshold for displaying a warning pop-up when dismantling items from Lv. 90+ -> Lv. 110+.
