Update 1.1 is here!
Shadow Council: The Puppeteers - Hummingbird
Greetings! We would like to bring a Patch 1.1 to your attention! It beholds the patchnotes:

  • Implemented a new mechanics - the Parliament. It passes various laws with both positive and negative effects, and you must bribe senators, preventing the approval of undesirable laws and speeding up the adoption of acts which can bring benefits to you.
  • Added 45 unique actions for various regions;
  • Added more game lore in the form of descriptions of laws and unique actions;
  • Improved balance;
  • Optimized the game performance;
  • Updated the actions interface;
  • Added a number of new achievements.

Of course, our mission is not finished yet, so expect more updates in the upcoming months!

P.S. Please note that any previous savegames will not be compatible with the Patch 1.1, as the changes of core mechanics are quite significant. Sorry for this inconvenience!

Shadow Council: The Patch 1.1 Announcement
Shadow Council: The Puppeteers - Hummingbird


Greetings! We are happy to announce a large update that will come live this September. The Patch 1.1 will add a number of new, extremely necessary features to the game.

  • First of all, prepare for the glorious introduction of the Imperial Parliament. Perhaps earlier you were lucky to notice a large number of unreachable achievements with strange names, that were displayed in the achievement list for some time. All of them were related to the mechanics of the Parliament, but we decided to polish it for some more time and release as part of the upcoming Patch (of course, all the corresponding achievements will also return to the game).
  • The Parliament passes laws that have a different impact on the situation in the country. Some laws reduce tensions in the empire, some others increase it, and some laws provide additional obstacles to your clandestine activities. By bribing politicians, you will be able to lobby for the adoption of laws that meet your interests, and the abolition of those that hinder your rush to revolution.
  • Missions. With them, your fellow revolutionaries won’t feel abandoned to the mercy of fate anymore: overseas curators will always keep in touch with your cabal. Your patrons will regularly issue short-term objectives, being ready to increase your monthly funding whenever you’ll complete these tasks.
  • Events. Your actions affect the situation in the empire - but also a lot of interesting things happens there without your participation. So there will be a number of events - both random and completely predetermined. Events will tell you more about this fictional world, its history and society.
  • Improved interface, including tooltips, giving detailed information about the state of all game parameters.
  • New types of actions that are specific to each region. Because, let’s be honest, different approaches are required to persuade forest separatists, desert nomads and port mafia to work in the name of a common cause!..

These are our plans for the next 2-3 months, but keep in mind that after the release of Patch 1.1 there will be more updates. Follow the news and stay informed!
