A new hotfix in Open Beta for Pro Cycling Manager 2025 (version 1.05.03) is now available on Steam!

You can try it right now through the Open Beta branch.

• Open Steam > Go to your Library

• Right-click on Pro Cycling Manager 25 > Click Properties

• Go to the Betas tab and select open-beta from the dropdown

If you encounter any bugs or want to share feedback, please add \[OPEN BETA] in your message title so we can track it more easily!

Despite the confidence target being met (sometimes by a wide margin), a message on 1 November indicated that there would be no change.

• If your sponsor did not anticipate any change in the budget, the email was still sent in error.

• In some cases, a change was indeed supposed to take place, but a bug caused the email announcing the opposite to be sent.

It’s been over a year since the last demo update – and in that time, the game has grown tremendously. While the full version now includes all realms and bosses, the demo still focuses on the Nature Realm, just like before… but everything around it has leveled up.

Here’s a breakdown of some major changes:

🔧 Massive UI Overhaul
The interface has been almost completely redesigned to be cleaner, more readable, and easier to navigate. It’s still being polished, but it already feels like a huge step forward.

⚔️ Combat Feels Better Than Ever
Enemy telegraphs are now much more readable: enemies slow down before attacking, and new ground indicators make danger zones clear. The result? Combat is way more fun and satisfying (and yes — we’ll keep refining it!).

🌀 Reworked Character Abilities
All characters still use their classic tap and charge attacks, but their behaviors have been adjusted for better balance and more dynamic fights.

🌄 Major Visual Upgrade
Every realm now features lighting and shadows to bring environments to life — all while staying true to the retro PSX-style aesthetic.

👾 More Enemy Variety
Across all realms, enemy variety has been greatly expanded. (Note: this is mostly visible in the full version, we felt that the Nature Realm had enough enemy variety)

Honestly, there have been so many changes over the past year, I’ve probably forgotten more than half of them… but I hope you’ll feel the difference the moment you jump in.

If you played the old demo — this is a whole new experience. And if you’re new — there’s never been a better time to try it.

We've pushed an update with new liveries for the Rookie cars, along with some optimizations that improve framerate on older machines. Take a look!

An editor has now been added in v0.6 to allow you to add new teams or make a copy of existing team data so you can make changes and override it.

This means you can change the names of players to reflect real names or even create entirely new teams from any year from 1960 to 202x such as Premier League, La Liga or you local pub teams.
