# NEW PATCH TO FIX SOME BUGS, AND ADDED A RESULTS SCREEN AFTER GAMES. RESTART STEAM FOR THE UPDATE #

## more gameplay balance updates AFTER the tournament. i will be focusing on buffing characters next patch :)) ##

## GAMEPLAY ##
- added a results screen that shows the winner of the match. this is important before the tournament, because before, if a game went to time, there was no way to verify who won. (if game goes to time, player with more stocks wins. if you both have the same stocks, player with less percent wins)
- this results screen will be updated with win and lose animations at a later date!

## BUGS ##
### TRAINING MODE ###
- DPAD savestates works again, as long as you don't have dpad movement enabled
- fixed an issue where switching characters to knockt in training would crash the game
- fixed CPU behavior messing up in local play after exiting training mode
- eureka's up special hitbox is now visible in training mode (don't look....please don't look....)

### LOSING TWO LIVES ###
- losing two stocks is now more difficult. it's still in the game....but i'm close to killing this bug completely i promise lol

Hey guys! Krayfishkarl here! Another update is out with another wave of bug fixes and quality of life updates. I'm expecting to announce the full release date within the next few weeks! The new trailer is coming soon!

Gameplay
  • Fixed missing collision with toxic waterfalls.

  • Changed the timing of the message that appears telling you how to control the Mendeleev.

  • New time trial times for Borealis Vista and Mangrove Marsh.

  • Adjusted some misplaced objects.

  • Adjusted collision of item pickups.

  • Fixed a bug where the slime at the end of Cirrus Harbor couldn’t move.

  • Mad Hatters are no longer invincible when beyond their awareness range.

  • Adjusted the size of one of the boulders in Deep Sea Mines.

  • Made some platforming in Chrome Skyscrapers, Frozen Fortress and Weather Machine Test Site easier.

  • Damage radius adjusted for various enemies.

  • Backend updates to mercy invincibility timer to prevent unintentional instances of taking damage.

  • Updated one of the artifact challenges to fix some edge case issues.

  • Slightly moved the first sea mine in Deep Sea Mines so that it’s not out of view on the starting camera angle.

Graphics
  • Added new animation to represent slipping around in ice form.

  • Corrected some player animation issues related to Momentum Breaking.

  • Minor adjustments to Molly-QL’s mouth in some animations.

  • Fixed some geometry issues on the centurion statues.

  • Dialogue text should now be properly aligned on ultra wide monitors.

  • Added a warning sign for piranhas in Mangrove Marsh.

  • Giant burger in Macro Kitchen no longer spins like the smaller burgers do.

Audio
  • Adds a unique sound for the waterfall at the end of Mangrove Marsh.

  • Adds sounds to sewage flow in Industrial Junkyard.

  • Ambient sounds added to water geysers in Cretaceous Caldera.

  • Grinders in Arctic Rig are now quieter.

Menus
  • Improved input sensitivity when navigating the menu with a controller.

  • Cycle menu options now animate their arrows when hovered over.

  • There’s now a prompt in the First-Time Setup menu explaining menu controls.

  • Reworded a few menu option descriptions.

  • Fixed an issue where shop menu item descriptions were not reappearing after pausing then unpausing the game.

Hello everyone!
It has already been a week since I started the early access of Denrei Survivors.
Thank you to everyone who has been playing!
Now,
I have implemented various updates this week, so I would like to summarize them for you!


New Character Arrival!🆕

Finally, the long-awaited second character has been added!
**“Yoru Amano”** wields the electric ‘Denki’ as her initial equipment.
The unlock condition is to clear the first area, ‘Adachi’.
Be sure to try playing with her and experience new strategies!


New Area Added!🌋
The fourth area, ‘Shinagawa’, has appeared!
It’s a stronger area than ever before, with dangerous lava.
New enemies and a new boss await your challenge!



New Music🎵
One new track has been added.
As with the previous tracks, it was composed by NIYMORIY, who creates the music for Denrei Survivors.
This new track is a special one that plays only in a certain location.
Be sure to find out where it plays!

Bug Fixes🐛
  • Fixed position misalignment in the ranking screen
  • Fixed the list overflowing in the equipment swap confirmation for maxed backpack

  • Fixed a bug where re-equipping the right-hand weapon after equipping an axe prevents attacks
  • Fixed display errors in Result screen and Area selection screen
