As said in today's update post the weapons are out there and we're eagerly awaiting the Steam update to go through and are populating our servers shortly then sleeping! Long day but the new DLC Weapons are out! Got more Flatline work done today as well and hope to have that out shortly.

Expect another large update coming your way and for those who were still experience the Cockroach Lan Bug that should be *squashed*

Just posting this announcement to let you all know that we've sorted out the issues with the Official Servers so you can enjoy dedicated servers to







This is but the first part of our DLC Bundle which we explained we were releasing in parts so that you can get your hands on the new content sooner rather than later. The new weapons and characters have run into sound related issues and we didn't think that excused further delays on work we could release. Flatline is nearly ready to make it's debut and you will be seeing CF_UnionStation as well as CF_CampWhitner as soon as it is ready.

But let's get to the real news regarding Contagion and that would be our Free DLC Bundle. After a poorly timed fiasco last year we've had to rebuild our team and learn from scratch quite a bit of work (please read our pinned thread on the details). This has delayed major releases including our Free DLC Bundle but we're tired of waiting and tired of making you guys wait.

While much of our content is linked due to the overhaul of the Source Engine and optimization as well as improved audio with Wwise we've managed to split the release into a few parts and will be delivering them asap starting today with our Map Release!

3 Gigabytes of Contagion Assets are currently being uploaded to Steam and in a few hours your copy of Contagion is going to either automatically start updating or ask that you update. We've been very busy even during the struggle that started last year and we believe modders will appreciate the ludicrous amount of content to work with and veteran players will notice significant improvements to existing environments. But today's release is focused on our MAP RELEASE with the below maps.

We will be releasing the new weapons, characters, and the new game-mode flatline as soon as these are ready or at least not as clumsy as they feel right now. The maps we've been having a blast on today making them release ready and will be reading your input as you play them. Modders will have much more content to work with and older maps have received some major polishing. Because there was soooo much work being done, so many devs being vetted, and confusion late last year and early this year there is no way to go over all the changes unfortunately but many veterans will notice the changes immediately to all existing content.



Also wanted to share that we were invited and put on the Intel Showcase and have some other exciting news we hope we can share in the near future. That said, keep checking back on the next DLC release!

Someone asked us why we would waste our DLC during a Sale and lose the value behind marketing it. We told em we couldn't stand making you wait and that was costing us more.

Want to thank everyone for being so incredibly supportive and patient as we got our house in order. Looking forward to releasing content on a more regular basis once again.

Sorry for the delay guys but today we've made some serious progress and that is both good and bad for today's Stream! Due to the work we're doing I've got Alex working with the team to continue our progress and he will not be joining us on today's Stream. I'll also be starting the Stream late... clearly. Today's Stream & Giveaway will not be of Contagion as that's in development atm and we don't have the numbers to stream it properly nor do I want to halt the momentum. We will be playing "Hand of Fate" which a friend and fan thought you might enjoy and he will be joining Skype to read comments and follow the game real-time as it is Single-Player.

Just a quick progress update-

• All maps are ready
  
• All weapons are ready
  
• All characters are ready with some slight issue with voices but being fixed
  
• Flatline has 2 known issues. Weapon and Zombie spawns but we believe we caught the issue and hope to provide more info soon. Too many bugs cropped up during the overhaul of code but our new Programmer has been working very hard to solve this. The entire team have been pounding out quality work daily and that includes weekends.
