The Pegasus Expedition - FQ_Dom

Greetings, Directors!

As the blistering temperatures of this time of year drive many toward the natural wonders of vacations and trips, we have prepared an alternative that makes it worth looking once more into the cold and relaxing vacuum of space aboard the bridge of the Pegasus Expeditionary Fleet.

Thanks to your reports, we have isolated and fixed a bulky pack of pesky bugs and introduced new features in the new Big Intergalactic Bug Hunt patch! Chief among these features is the support for custom languages – for the xenolinguists among you, or simply those who would like to enjoy the story of Pegasus Expedition in your mother tongue. You will find the full steps to create your very own language pack below, along with the rest of the Change Log.

We are rolling out this update as a beta first in a special beta branch, and if the update proves stable and bug-free, we’ll update the game for everyone. That’s why your feedback is even more crucial than ever – so please, storm those Steam discussions and our Discord server with your reports!

To access the beta, head to your Steam Library, right-click The Pegasus Expedition, left-click Properties, left-click Betas, and from the drop-down menu, select the option “beta - Test builds for further patches.” Your game will then update to the pre-final version.

Big Intergalactic Bug Hunt Patch Notes:

 

Features: 

  • Full refund on cancelling a ship upgrade. 

  • Support for custom languages. See the steps to make your own.

Bug Fixes: 

  • Nuking the Biomass in combat has a penalty. 

  • Antimatter Detonation operation doesn’t destroy structures from a planet if the star has no owner. 

  • Faction modifiers in scenarios are not active if a save is loaded. 

  • Destroying a planetary structure affects global happiness instead of local happiness. 

  • Exalted Citizen Quarters tooltip missing important information about usage. 

  • The research outpost description was wrong. 

  • Tamanin Flagship 3 is missing a name in localization. 

  • A ghost fleet can be formed by a hazard system. 

  • The loading screen quotes Philosher instead of Philosopher. 

  • Wording on the tutorial description for Expected Reaction as it isn’t accurate. 

  • Displaying a self-rejected diplomacy proposal from a computer player. 

  • Lore text for production management bureau different font/bold than rest of the buildings / Double Produces text. 

  • Destroying biomass reduces happiness by 0.0. 

  • Moving via the Hazard System doesn’t destroy the fleet in the middle of the movement. 

  • Hazard damage may vary too much. 

  • Defence station count doesn’t match after the change of system owner. 

  • Sabotage Relation-operation is not fully protected from targeting empty or self. 

  • This choice remains in effect until its overruled-text is missing from long-standing edicts. 

  • Defensive Alliance and Non-aggression pact can be granted without being on UI. 

  • Homeless factions’ names are displayed as homeless if they are lost. 

  • Station EMP warning uses a wrong error message. 

  • Nemesis reputation all the factions respawned in the enemy list. 

  • Garrison fleets with Nemesis State. 

  • Energy production modifiers in Desert and Ice planets were described poorly. 

  • Governor dialog has a white stripe on the top of the image for some factions. 

  • Tooltip without a cost or production layouts wrongly. 

  • Extra Production calculations should count based on the real production not base production. 

  • Natural Beauty tag is not doing its thing. 

  • The EMP-shock description is wrong. 

  • The first time after starting the game, the frame rate was lower than expected. (Possibly broken even after the fix attempt. Unable to reproduce.) 

  • EWC Biomass conversation can be represented in the wrong order. 

  • Using fast transit to move fleets beyond a full star didn’t work properly. 

  • The Russian localization had outdated entries. 

  • Fleet appears on the wrong side of the screen in the Biomass campaign. 

  • Fleets kept their In-Conflict status after conflict was resolved. 

  • Satellite Formation buttons are intractable without satellites. 

  • Some production references that are set by Edicts are not cleared when the Edict ends. 

  • Chimera Epidemic has a typo in the description. 

  • Appeasing the Tamanin Empire popup text has a typo. 

  • Typo in the Auto-Interrupt tooltip. 

  • Typo in the description of Advanced Maneuvering Thrusters. 

  • Typo in the tutorial Index. 

 

Known Issues: 

  • Hanoar Quest can be rushed to be broken. 

  • Otokhot Quest can be in an odd phase. 

  • “Target faction refused to start diplomacy.” has no localization. 

  • Galaxy Reputations System seems to have a delay from player inputs.

This is Rolling Cat Studio, a small team of two humans and three cats.

 

After more than two years of development, our game Ink Reverie is finally ready to meet you all. The game is priced at 9.99 USD, but during the launch sale, you can grab it for just 8.99 USD. We've also released the official OST alongside the game, so feel free to check it out if you're interested.

Ink Reverie is a relaxing construction game set in the world of ancient Chinese architecture. You can merge and upgrade buildings, gather resources while idling, and design your city however you like. On certain maps, you'll also experience a trading gameplay mechanic. We studied numerous classical paintings, visited real-world locations, and blended historical and fictional elements to bring our vision to life. From the water towns of Jiangnan and the camel bells of the Western Regions, to the ancient port of Quanzhou, the historic architecture of Shanxi, and the grandeur of Chang'an during the Tang Dynasty, all of these influences are packed into the game.

 To be honest, the development process was more challenging than we expected. We originally planned to include seven maps, but due to the overwhelming workload, we had to scale it back to five. However, we poured even more effort into the remaining maps. Each building tier in the game has a unique appearance, and aside from upgradable structures, we've also created a wealth of decorative elements. The launch version features over 500 hand-drawn ancient buildings and ornaments. Compared to the demo's first map, every map in the full game is at least twice as large, each with its own unique mechanics and gameplay.

 

Ink Reverie is a project we've poured our hearts into, and we're truly proud of it. Of course, even now, the game may not be perfect—there are areas that still need improvement. After the launch, we'll be listening to your feedback and continue optimizing the game. If sales allow, we're eager to develop new content and even release standalone DLCs in the future.

 

If this game brings you a few enjoyable evenings, or even just a fleeting thought of “Ancient Chinese architecture is truly beautiful,” then all our hard work over these two years will have been worth it.

Russia, Saint Petersburg, July 16, 2025 — Lesta Games {LINK REMOVED} a large-scale collaboration of the naval warfare Mir Korabley project with the hit {LINK REMOVED} game. From July 16, players will be able to meet and claim a collection of charming heroines — Mita, Mila and Cap-Wearing Mita, who arrived in Mir Korable universe through a mysterious portal to become part of the gameplay as commanders.

The wonderful Mita (it's me!!), Mila and Cap-Wearing Mita as commanders, and the new Mita cruiser are already available in-game in themed containers and special bundles.

Commanders are featured with animations and unique VO by the actresses from the original game. The Mita cruiser is the embodiment not only of the visual style of MiSide, but also of the Mita character in Mir Korabley universe (so you really turned me into a ship?).
