Space Depot - zenventorymgmt
Release Day!

Good Morning Depot Managers,

Thanks for checking out Space Depot. Since I can remember I've wanted to make my own video game. When I was young my brother and I would spend our Friday nights at Blockbuster, searching for that ever elusive co-op game. Many nights were spent mastering new games and many, many, late fees accrued. I'm so proud to announce that at 1pm EST and 10am PST I'll be releasing Space Depot to the Steam Store.

Many years later I set out to make my first game about moving boxes. You'll take control of a Space Depot far from earth all from the comfort of your own home. I hate tight spaces...so there is no way I think real space travel would be my thing. However, telecommuting billions of miles to operate a Space Depot from the comfort of my own home sounds like a dream. I also believe that artists help build the world we live in through ideas and creative expression. Everything that we see as the future first existed in someone's dreams and imagination. I hope you enjoy imagining and playing in a future where scarcity is proven to be false and everyone, no matter where they are in the galaxy, has what they need.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for purchasing and playing Space Depot. It means the world to me. There is much more to come for Space Depot. Stay tuned in and stay awesome.

Kindest Regards,

Zenventorymgmt

Legend Battles - legendbattlesgame

Greetings Braves,

Like in any compelling shooter game, LEGEND BATTLES’ weapons are the primary tools through which players interact with the world and engage in combat. Beyond just their visual models, several key points define LEGEND BATTLES’ weapon's effectiveness, feel, and strategic role. These aspects collectively contribute to the "gunplay" and the overall player experience. All of this was made possible by Unreal Engine 5.6 with the Chaos, Lumen, Nanite, and MetaSounds 5.6 systems, as well as the advanced weapon technologies of LEGEND BATTLES.

Here is the video to let you understand the key points of weapons in LEGEND BATTLES game:

1. Weapon Types & Categories

· Primary Weapons: These include assault rifles, sniper rifles, shotguns, and SMGs. They form the core of your loadout and determine your combat style.

· Secondary Weapons: Items like pistols, revolvers, and melee weapons. Secondary weapons offer versatility for close combats or act as backup when your primary weapon is out of ammo.

· Heavy weapons: Items like RPGs, grenade launchers, miniguns, flamethrowers. These weapons have a huge striking force to destroy a helicopter in mid-flight or an armored vehicle at high speed because the game always remains balanced in LEGEND BATTLES.

· Special Weapons: These are grenades, Molotov cocktails, C-4 remote-controlled explosives. Special weapons provide additional tactical options like area denial or crowd control.

· Melee Weapons: Close-range weapons like tactical knives and guitars. Melee weapons are a stealthy kill option or an emergency weapon.

LEGEND BATTLES features the full range of ground weapons with a weapon diversity that exceeds all the best dreams of a well-balanced Battle Royale where only agility, intelligence and skill will reward the victors.

2. Weapon Characteristics

· Fire Rate: How fast the weapon shoots. High fire rates are great for close combat, while low fire rates are ideal for long-range accuracy.

o Ultra-High Fire Rate: Miniguns.

o High Fire Rate: SMGs, Assault Rifles (for rapid suppression).

o Low Fire Rate: Sniper Rifles, Shotguns (for accuracy and power).

· Reload Speed: How quickly a weapon can be reloaded is a key point of differentiation in LEGEND BATTLES combat. Faster reloads are beneficial in close-quarters combat, while slower reloads might require better positioning.

· Range: Some weapons excel at close range, such as pistols, while others are better at long range, such as taking down a helicopter with a grenade launcher or sniper rifle.

o Close Range: Pistols, Revolvers, Shotguns, SMGs (ideal for tight spaces).

o Long Range: RPG, Snipers, Rifles (ideal for picking off distant targets).

· Accuracy: The precision of the weapon at various ranges. Accuracy is influenced by:

o Sway (movement while aiming).

o Recoil (how much the weapon kicks when fired).

o Stability (ability to control recoil).

With Unreal Engine 5.6's Chaos, Lumen, Nanite, and MetaSounds 5.6 systems, along with LEGEND BATTLES' advanced weapon technologies, weapons are more hyper-realistic than ever in this Battle Royale game app.

3. Ammo Capacity & Reloading

· Clip Size: A larger magazine allows sustained fire, reducing the need for frequent reloading. Smaller magazines usually offer greater mobility or faster reload.

· Ammo Count: How many bullets you can carry. Managing ammo in extended fights is crucial—when ammo runs low, players have to scavenge or conserve shots.

There is no universal tactic in LEGEND BATTLES and each game session will allow you to develop different strategies to be the last surviving team in the end.

4. Recoil & Handling

· Recoil Patterns: Recoil influences the accuracy after each shot. Weapons with high recoil may require players to burst fire or compensate for movement.

· Handling: How easily a weapon can be aimed and fired. Some weapons are heavier, affecting your movement speed, while others are more maneuverable.

Strategic Play: Players often use controlled bursts or hip-fire when handling high-recoil weapons, while snipers take more careful shots with high-recoil.

5. Weapon Attachments

· Scopes & Sights: These influence the zoom or field of view (FOV). Long-range scopes are ideal for snipers, while red dots or holographic sights provide faster target acquisition at close-range.

· Barrels & Muzzles: Attachments like silencers (for stealth) and compensators (for recoil control) significantly alter how weapons perform.

· Stocks & Grips: Aiming stability and recoil management are enhanced with attachments like grips and stocks.

· Extended Magazines: Provide more ammunition without the need to reload constantly.

Don't miss out when you can loot them, as they'll greatly improve your weapon's performance. Be careful, though: attachments aren't universal, and each one is tailored to specific weapon types in LEGEND BATTLES.

6. Reload Mechanics

· Reload Time: Affects the flow of combat. Fast reloads allow quicker engagement but can be risky in close fights if you're not mindful.

· Tactical Reload vs. Speed Reload: LEGEND BATTLES offers the option of choosing between reloading a few bullets for faster re-engagement or performing a full reload.

Reactivity is a fundamental key element for one's own survival in LEGEND BATTLES, and therefore it is important to optimize each action taken during combat with a particular strategy based on the tactics developed.

7. Weapon Weight and Mobility

· Heavy Weapons: Miniguns, LMGs, Sniper Rifles, etc., tend to slow down movement, making players more vulnerable to faster enemies.

· Light Weapons: Pistols, SMGs, and shotguns often provide greater mobility, allowing players to run faster and more agile.

A team of four players should have a much better chance of winning than a single player, as LEGEND BATTLES was designed from the ground up to be balanced. Also, the four players should share different weapon characteristics to be more effective in combat, such as grenade launcher, minigun, LMG, flamethrower and sniper rifle as their secondary weapon, SMG, shotgun as their primary weapon, and pistol or revolver as their third weapon.

8. Weapon Sound

· Audio Cues: Some weapons, especially snipers or shotguns, create distinctive sound signatures, which could reveal your position.

· Silencers: Allow for stealth gameplay, making it harder for enemies to detect your location.

MetaSounds 5.6 in Legend Battles is more than just about audio fidelity—it’s about tactical advantage and immersive realism. The weapon sounds, coupled with dynamic audio feedback, make combat interactions feel more real and intense. Players will rely on sound cues not just for immersion, but to outsmart enemies, track positions, and respond to threats. In the world of fast-paced battle royale like Legend Battles, these sound elements can make the difference between victory and defeat.

9. Weapon Tiers & Rarity

· Weapon Rarity: Weapons come in different rarities, affecting their damage, durability, or special properties.

· Upgrades: High-tier weapons often have better stats and more customization options. These are typically harder to find but highly coveted.

Given "LEGEND BATTLES'" ambition for "hyper-realism" and its player-friendly monetization, the weapon tier/rarity system makes sense for providing loot progression and excitement. It will amplify the thrill of exploration and risk-taking: Players will be more inclined to push into dangerous areas or contest supply drops if the reward is a significantly better weapon. And the emphasis on "more customization options" for higher-tier weapons is a very good design choice in LEGEND BATTLES. This means the upgrade isn't just raw stats, but also increased utility and personalization, which aligns well with the game's strong customization focus.

10. Impact and Damage

· Damage Per Shot: Weapons differ in how much damage they deal per bullet. Sniper rifles and shotguns, for example, deal significant damage, but their fire rate is slower.

· Headshot vs. Body Damage: Headshots typically deal critical damage, especially with sniper rifles and high-caliber weapons.

· Engine Shot vs. Window Damage: Engine shots generally inflict critical damage, especially with miniguns and grenade launchers, which cause the vehicle to explode later.

· Bullet Drop: Some long-range weapons experience bullet drop, requiring players to aim higher or lead their shots over longer distances.

In LEGEND BATTLES, health and injury levels are as essential for metahumans as maintenance and fuel levels are for vehicles. Metahuman and vehicle performance are heavily impacted by these levels, which are best maintained or topped up.

11. Medical kit

The medical kit system in LEGEND BATTLES, including items like energy drinks, pain pills, bandages, morphine injections, cardiovascular injectors, and assistance, to provide strategic depth to the game’s combat and survival mechanics like:

· Energy Drinks to boost stamina or movement speed temporarily.

· Pain Pills to provide a temporary health boost or accelerate health recovery.

· Bandages for a small amount of health.

· Morphine Injections to reduce pain and speed up recovery.

· Cardiovascular Injectors to boost your heart rate, health increasing stamina.

· Assistance for team revival If you’re playing in squads to revive downed teammates.

These medical items add a significant layer of strategy to Legend Battles. Beyond just fighting enemies, you must think about when to heal, which items to use, and how to manage resources. The choice between using a bandage for quick healing, taking a morphine injection to stay in the fight, or using a cardiovascular injector to maintain stamina and health during long battles will greatly impact how you approach combat.

Since you enjoy strategic gameplay in Legend Battles, managing your medical supplies and choosing the right healing item for the right moment will definitely give you an edge over your opponents.

12. Energy capsules as Collectibles

Energy capsules refer to the "five elements" which are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These red, yellow, silver, blue and green energy capsules are collectible items, scattered throughout the game world. These Energy capsules are not used for immediate benefits but can be accumulated and later exchanged for rewards if the team wins the game session.

During the five stages in which the battle circle tightens, the five types of energy capsules are scattered across the battlefield in varying numbers:

. 9 red energy capsules during the first reduction of the restricted battle zone.

. 7 yellow energy capsules during the second reduction of the restricted battle zone.

. 5 silver energy capsules during the third reduction of the restricted battle zone.

. 3 blue energy capsules during the fourth reduction of the restricted battle zone.

. 1 green energy capsule during the last reduction of the restricted battle zone.

The team must bring back 1 energy capsule of each of the 5 types and also win the game session to win the jackpot of points and Battle Coins. This is a very high-level challenge that only heroes can conquer!

Energy Capsules are an indicator of rarity and value; they allow players to purchase more exclusive items, such as legendary gear or epic weapons. They offer special rewards for achievements and milestones, a status symbol in LEGEND BATTLES for the battle session winners.

Indeed, Energy Capsules enable an in-game economy where heroes can purchase or earn content, making it accessible to LEGEND BATTLES players. They are essential to strategy, progression, and game balance, providing strategic advantages and the opportunity to obtain limited-edition clothing, weapons, and vehicles, sold at premium prices on the STEAM Community Market.

Strategic Breakdown:

Close-Quarter Combat:

· Shotguns, SMGs, and pistols are ideal.

· Speed and maneuverability matter more than long-range accuracy.

Mid-Range Combat:

· Assault rifles, LMGs, and burst weapons offer a balance of speed and power.

· Focus on recoil control and weapon stability.

Long-Range Combat:

· Sniper rifles and DMRs (Designated Marksman Rifles) for picking off enemies from a distance.

· You’ll need to account for bullet drop and wind, requiring precision and patience.

Key Considerations for Weapon Choice:

· Mobility: Heavier weapons slow you down, making them less ideal for fast-paced combat or quick positioning.

· Combat Range: Match your weapon to the environment. Tight urban maps favor shotguns and SMGs, while open fields may require snipers or LMGs.

· Tactical Team Play: Consider supporting teammates with recoil-reducing weapons, or silencers for stealth approaches.

Synthesis:

Weapon selection in LEGEND BATTLES is all about balance—damage vs. speed, mobility vs. power, and long-range vs. close-range. The choice of weapon significantly impacts your playstyle and strategy. Adapting to each scenario and understanding weapon strengths can give you a strategic edge over your opponents and as usual, there is no miracle recipe in LEGEND BATTLES, and everything depends on the strategy and tactics selected according to the agility and mobility of the terrain.

So, dear braves, come join our ranks, participate in the tough test battles during future Playtest sessions and follow us now on STEAM to loudly and clearly affirm your support for our fight.

See you on LEGEND BATTLES, Braves.
