“Initial Early Access version will be based on a core from VR Regatta. On that foundation are planning to work on following features:

• Adding more sail controls ( like cunningham and the boom vang ) to the boat.
  
• Improving the physics model, including sailboat inertia, capsizing, etc.
  
• Improving AI of the opponent sailboats to make interactions on the race course more realistic
  
• Adding full implementation of international racing rules

The whole point of releasing in Early Access is to work with the community on the actual features based on the needs of real life sailors. We will be interacting with users to learn what should be implemented to make the tool useful.”

“It's a sail-able sandbox, with the level of sailing realism similar to VR Regatta.”

이 소프트웨어는 앞서해보기 기간동안 가격이 달라질 수도 있습니까?

“We will adjust the price based on the community up-take of the product.

Our aim is to make the project self-sustainable, which means we may need to increase the price if the product is really niche, but we hope to be able to reduce the price if enough people buy in.”
