Why Early Access?

“We are a new indie publisher, and Opencast Mining is our first project. Opencast Mining is still in development and we want to involve the community to help the game evolve and improve before its full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“6-12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are definitely going to increase the amount of content and improve the game mechanics. There’s also going to be more 3D models and more levels. Our goal is to get Player go deep into the game process. We also want to make the economical side of the gameplay more elaborate.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game’s full functionality is available. There is an opencast, 8 types of mining machines, economical system and unique missions for each location. There might be bugs in the pre-release version that we are going to fix with patches.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price might get higher as soon as the game is fully released.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We look forward to the community's crucial feedback and suggestions on balancing, features and content. We intend to discuss all these topics and take the community opinion into account, so that it could help us improve the game.”

Place your personnel, buy new equipment and monitor the progress of work to level up your facility and be successful in mining.
