What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“There is a long list of features that are still not implemented in the game. Players have been wanting this game to be on Steam for over a year now and it's about that time I delivered.
With Early Access, I am able to deliver on that promise, fully develop the game to utilize the Steam platform features, and complete the game.

Right now, naturally, the game will contain a lot of bugs. The game is being offloaded with features that are missing and what the community has requested. Of course, during the process game-breaking bugs will be fixed and things will be tweaked so the game is playable. Finally, after everything has been added, I will be moving on to optimization, killing as many bugs and issue that has been reported.

Hopefully, with the support of the community, we can continue making this game into something special and fun for everyone.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“In 2023, the project files were unusable, so I am currently in the process of rewriting everything. Unfortunately. this means getting out of early access might take a little longer. The new expected date is 2026 or so, if not sooner. The time will be spent, optimizing, and adding all the features necessary for the base game. It will also allow me to continue implementing multiplayer.
If need be, I might extend the date needed to leave Early Access. I want to polish this title before a official release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The final product should look like this when completed:

  • Steam achievements.
  • Multiplayer.
  • Cloud saving.
  • Modding.
  • Larger map size for exploration.
  • More Quests and special job requests.
  • More weapon parts.
  • Armor and shield repairs.
  • Shop assistant.
  • More puzzles, minigames, and Easter eggs.
  • Backstory and special events.
  • Thievery.
  • Raids.
  • More Crystal usage.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently contains the basic form of blacksmithing. You are able to:

  • 11 metal types to fashion into ingots.
  • Fashion these ingots into Blades, Blunts, Axes or shield components like hand enarmes, shields bosses, rims.
  • Combine up to 10 different variations of grips and guards to complete your weapons.
  • Combine metals into alloys for more variety in your creations.
  • Level your character and spend points to increase your stats.
  • Fatigue system.
  • Purchase the new larger shop.
  • Move the location of your workstations to help optimize your workflow.
  • Build shelves and crates to organize your stock.
  • Mining and logging.
  • A few caves, a town to visit and a few puzzles to solve.
  • A few simple quests.
  • Jobs and deliveries.
  • Character Customization.
  • Build your own shop from scratch.
  • Digging and finding hidden treasures.
  • Spend training points in your skill tree.
  • Create and sell armor.
  • Purchase leather armor and wear it for protection.
  • Hunting for leather scraps.
  • Defend yourself against Bandits and Golems.
  • Crystal socketing into weapons.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“On release, the game will be priced slightly higher but will remain affordable relative to expectations.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community is why this game is where it is today. I will continue to foster the needs of the community and create something that they will enjoy in the foreseeable future.

Eventually, I want to add modding support for the game so that players are able to add their own variations of weapon/shield/armor parts, clothing, etc...”
