La terza e ultima espansione del gioco di strategia in tempo reale acclamato dalla critica e che ha ridefinito gli standard del genere, Dawn of War. In Soulstorm vengono introdotti due nuovi eserciti: le Sorelle Guerriere e gli Eldar oscuri. Il numero totale di eserciti giocabili, quindi, sale a nove. Il metagioco rivoluzionario introdotto per la prima volta in Dark Crusade viene esteso ulteriormente a una scala interplanetaria, permettendo ai giocatori di darsi battaglia in tutto il sistema stellare.

  • Sorelle Guerriere
    Divisione militare della Santa Inquisizione dell’Imperatore. Scarse di numero ma incredibilmente potenti, le Sorelle Guerriere sono seconde soltanto agli Space Marine in termini di puro valore militare. Dalle Sorelle Penitenti, caratterizzate dal proprio cerimoniale durante il quale si automutilano, alle Macchine Penitenti, le Sorelle Guerriere sono davvero un corpo da temere.

  • Eldar oscuri
    Cugini deviati e corrotti degli Eldar, questi temibili incursori provenienti dall’angolo più remoto della Rete sono odiati e temuti da tutti. L’incredibile velocità, l’affidabilità nel combattimento ravvicinato e le abilità sbalorditive e velenose permettono loro di colpire velocemente il nemico e scappare prima dell’arrivo dei rinforzi.

  • Devastanti attacchi dall’alto
    La strategia di guerra nel 41° millennio raggiunge nuovi livelli in quanto ogni esercito viene integrato da unità aeree per far piovere morte dai cieli.

  • Dominazione brutale
    Combatti nell’intero sistema solare ora che la mappa metagioco introdotta in Dark Crusade è stata estesa su scala interplanetaria. Libera, schiavizza o distruggi interi mondi scatenando la furia dei tuoi eserciti in tutta la galassia. Ora i giocatori devono battersi per conquistare un intero sistema solare con diversi pianeti e lune da conquistare. Il giocatore ha a disposizione un totale di 34 mappe.

  • Personalizzazione migliorata
    Personalizza le armi, gli oggetti e le abilità del tuo eroe, man mano che questi diventa più potente, e anche le insegne, i colori, gli stendardi e i nomi del tuo esercito. Consegui e sblocca gli obiettivi e le medaglie per esibire la tua superiorità online.
