“伊芙物語是一款簡單的R18 RPG遊戲，扮演女主角伊芙經歷簡短的冒險，只要1.5小時就能破關並取得全成就，關卡推進的方式是透過翻牌來探索，戰鬥是單純的剪刀、石頭、布，有幾套裝備可以更換，除此之外沒有太多的RPG元素；遊戲雖然完整，但內容明顯不足，全程沒有語音，角色、CG、立繪都很少，遊戲性太過簡單，加上長度不足以好好的敘述故事，這些都可能會讓大多數的玩家無法接受。”
